Such a shame, it's been a completely even game but we just cannot score at all with the amount of players we've got missing. Gave away a goal against the run of play and then a stupid goal and that's game over. We were going to struggle to score one, we're certainly not going to score two.

2-0 Wrexham some guy called Mullin.

IF Crewe lose this and Walsall and Crawley win then suddenly Crewe's safely in the play off's looks a bit dodgy. If Doncaster beat us it will look even worse.

Our playoff spot has looked dodgy for two months. We don't deserve it and, to be honest, don't want it (although try telling my heart that). We'll get battered by whoever we come up against.

Considering he's an overrated striker who found his level in the national legue he's done OK.

Crewe started brightly but as the game went on we've got more control and tbh given their current form they'll do well not to let their heads drop.

The real. interest in the second half is who gets sent off first, McClean or Rowe.

We haven't created much and 2 mistakes have cost us but this is best we've played in a while, first time we've actually competed in midfield for a few weeks. I'm at the other end of the ground so couldn't really tell but it certainly looked like McClean should have been sent off.

Which is odd, considering aside from a foul Rowe did nothing wrong before McClean stuck his forehead into his face.

McClean could have been sent off in half the games he's played this season....

Without a doubt, compared to the last couple of months we look fucking brilliant today. Just a shame we gave away two stupid goals.

Wrexham do get away with a lot, it’s got to be said.

Rowe went in hard on him twice. The second time was a disgusting tackle. McClean did respond in a way that deserved a yellow. No more than that though.

Both got a yellow which was the right decision.

We've only had 75 yellow cards but 6 reds. We are physical but no more than other teams. McClean is a bit of a loose cannon but he gets a massive amount of abuse every single game.

As I say this Crewe get a red card.

There was nothing overly wrong with the tackle from where I'm standing. It was a foul but nothing more. McClean seemed to put his head in Rowe's face twice. Looked like Cooney got a pretty obvious shove in the back before he caught the ball before as well. Also not sure he can be denying a goalscoring opportunity in that position either.

It’s my only problem with Wrexham, good club but employing someone like that is so unnecessary. Looked a red for him.

To be fair I didn't see what he did when he reacted initially. I thought he may have got a red as you just can't react in that way.

Three nil.

0-3 and will probably be 7 or 8 if Wrexham aren't complete shite. Exactly what all the Crewe fans expected today.

Behave. Not a single Crewe fan expected to win today.

The fact that we were better than we were against FGR and Grimsby is actually quite a positive.

Fair play to Wrexham and deserved to win, well organised and with ability all over the park. Obviously there's some bad feelings between other fans and Wrexham because of the 'Disney factor' but I don't subscribe to that lark. I'm also not particularly old enough at 38 to remember the bad blood because of locality, so that isn't something that bothers me either.

It isn't the fans fault that Hollywood owners came - and fans deserve good times. Best of luck in League One and fingers crossed for more good times, especially for those that were there during the bad ones.

Average league 2 striker Mullin highlighting how bad Crewe really are.

Their lucky we brought him and Palmer off, could have been 5 or 6.

Outclassed.

And again, as we keep saying, we know. We've got 13 first team players out injured, and those on the pitch are carrying injuries because we simply don't have the numbers to rest anyone. It isn't a case of being outclassed, we literally don't have a squad.

Yeah, we were fine in the first half - us falling asleep twice was the difference between the teams. Until April, we'd only played badly a handful of times all season.

On the bright side, I just got home. A further negative point is that I can hear the County fans at Edgeley Park from here.

You can only field 11 players so how do you have 13 first teamers out?
