Ours were more than double Manchester City's, almost twice that of Leeds, two divisions higher o.o

They'd need to get back to that level to persuade me to buy one.

This season has seen my lowest ever voluntary attendance at the CG. Can't see next season being different.

I won't attend again this season. Fed up of watching the team regularly implode by continuing with kamikaze fanny football.

Needless to say Arsenal were way out in front, some things never change. Cant believe how cheap Utd and City were.

Presumaby not for £51 a pop?

£288 on Kop £380 everywhere else for renewals there's a been a 10% reduction. It's about an extra £50 for new season ticket holders. I'd be amazed if we still get 19/20k average again

In 1981 we probably didn't even print a season ticket or had any holders.
Climb over the fence and watch for free or pay £2 and stand on the old pop side.

£150 off our STs next season thanks to our 3rd home win during the offer period last night.

It's worked out well.

Do you know how many people took on the offer? It seemed short notice so can't have been more than 100/200?

18 k season tickets sold this year 13/14 k last year

We have fans as chairman they have seen us through administration and from bottom of league 2 to promotion ,a capital one cup final big cup wins and we currently sit in 5th 5 points clear of 7th 150 quid a season ticket fgs

Interestingly people take the piss but are paying more to watch less success ironic really

Ensuring the fans and the community can afford to to support their club is the way toward not done us any harm for the last few seasons

That's a lot of money for League 1 football. How much are they now?

Whilst at the same time ensuring that away fans have to re mortgage the house to go and sit in that shit pit of an away end at Bradford. 20s plenty.

Plenty of others charge £25 for away fans though. Millwall,Swindon, pboro, Chesterfield on the side for us,Fleetwood to sit down. We do for cat A games. I think Barnsley did too for us.

We sold 11,500 in our early bird sales which is exactly the same as last year so doesn't look like our crowds will drop at all. I seriously don't think there's many championship clubs that would sustain our support

And the away average at VP hasn't changed irrespective of ticket cost.

Virtually no away fans come to City, so we're mearly tapping into our own floating support on the off chance we may have a successful season - of which none have an arguable point given how cheap our ST's actually are in the first place.

Always makes me laugh when away fans voice their opinions on £25 being too much to pay (which, for the record, so do I), and that they're subsidising our cheap ST's. Most teams bring no more than 500 to VP, the income generated from that after policing is virtually ZILCH.

It was more than 1000.
Pretty sure I read on Twitter somewhere it was only 500??
Came up on my timeline a bit ago. 'The lucky 500' or some shit like that.

Anyway, our season tickets are down on the whole, prices are as follows:

Adults: £275 (early bird) £300 after
Students, U23 and over 60: £150 then £175
Under 16: £75
Under 11: £25
U8: FREE

Pretty decent prices I reckon.

Impressive. We flogged just under 15k including corporates, so our average could be very tasty next season if we make the right noises in the transfer market this summer.

Good effort that I guess we will average around the same maybe slightly less. You've got the new ground mentality though and rich owner , it's sustaining it you'll find hard

Yeah, if we don't have a decent season next season as promised I doubt we'll maintain the same numbers for the season after. Fair play to you lot for still turning out in your numbers though, absolute fucking nutcases mate.

So what would you class as 'decent'?

A fantastic season for us would be for Power to fuck off.

City have announced this morning that irrespective of whether the club is in League One or the Championship next year they are freezing season tickets at £149 for adults.

Can't say fairer than that. The club really is at the forefront of affordable football.
