Easiest 8 mill we've ever made.

Their drink tastes like shite too, possibly why our players have underperformed in the last few years.

We won't have got that, as it was paid annually. Suppose it could also be that iPro maybe missed the payment this year. Seems they may be struggling a bit - purely basing that off one person on Twitter who has read their accounts on Companies House.

Did anyone work out what iPro do during their sponsorship period?

Did anyone other than Sky actually call it anything other than Pride Park?

Was just about to ask what they actually do as couldn't be bothered to look it up, obviously not there target audience as had no idea it was a drink.

Yeah it has tbf. Plenty of clubs at this level been under embargo's shedding 20+ million a year without even spending money on transfers.
We've pissed plenty up the wall but shrewd deals like this are one of the main reasons why we can continue to do so.

Imagine if we don't fail FFP this year, our chairman will be a fucking genius.

Wasn't it £700k a season? Which didn't seem like a lot with the money going around the league currently.

I remember someone at our club saying that they would want a lot more than £1m a year in order to think about a name change for the stadium.

No one would even care or notice though with you guys as it's hardly a historic ground.

No Reading fans particularly care either. Just pointing out the deal that Derby got was hardly a money spinner - not worth it.

Ah right, got ya. Keep thinking Mol might get changed with the new owners, although I still struggle to spell our fecking ground so if they called it Fosun stadium or something I'd probably be the only one who benefited in any way!

Somehow it was a record stadium sponsorship for a Football League club though.

I'm going for the Money Shop Arena.
