I've raised it myself, I do know that the announcement was mentioned as being the first step in a number of changes, I'm hoping that discussion re: bans will be forthcoming.

This is all getting a tad ridiculous now admin, if I'm being honest.

1) Cannot contact those members I have never pm'ed before.
2) Unable to change my signature - not that I want to, but it's nice to have that option for future use.
3) Can't update my status - again, not that important, but still.

Everybody knows the reason behind no.2 and no.3, and it's all to do with the 'n' word. Thing is I'm sure I read Saddler's post the other day saying LW has finally got his prize and everything's resolved now.

I dare say most of us know the reason behind no.1 too, and it's all a load of crap imho.

I'm on this forum simply because I prefer it over any other, so ex forum members trying to contact me via pm urging me to join a 'rival' forum will not make me change my mind. IOW, I don't need pm's from former members to make up my mind on whether or not I should sign up to another forum.

PM's will follow suit- still want to keep these restricted to members of 25 posts or above which is causing the issue but hopefully I'll have it fixed this afternoon.
