A bit late but this year the top 3 was
1. Carlos Sanchez (River Plate)
2. Carlos Tevez (Boca Juniors)
3. Miler Bolanos (Emelec)
I don't know if I necessarily agree with Sanchez being the best but there is no doubt he's had an amazing year. Tevez had a rough start but he got better as time went on. Its hard to rank these to be honest. Bolanos deserved top 3 but he didn't deserve the top as his team didn't achieve as much as Sanchez' River did and Tevez' Boca did.
