After reading the Rivalry survey thread, I started thinking, if I could create my perfect 20 team league for Bristol City to be in, what would it be?

It's come out something like this;

Bristol City
Bristol Rovers
Swindon
Cardiff
Man Utd
Man City
Arsenal
Liverpool
Spurs
Leeds
Wolves
Chelsea
Newcastle
Plymouth
Villa
Brentford
West Ham
Swansea
West Brom
Palace

Clearly a mixture of the bigger clubs, and closer clubs geographically, so bigger/better away followings, rivalry and atmosphere I guess.

I assume others would create their own "perfect" league along the same lines?

Yeah I did think of them, Newport as well, and if picking a league of 22 teams they would be the ones I would add.

Bin Stoke and Bradford, I don't care how close they are, both aren't worth the journey. Add in a couple of London games instead, Arsenal and Fulham.

Stoke should be in, Preston don’t qualify for not being in the Top Flight post 1992.

but you state the EFL league and not the Premier League........you have put who you think are the biggest clubs since 1992 Dont see what Shef Wed have done in that time period
You should have Blackburn number one and Wigan number 2 despite them being micky mouse clubs

not denying it.......read any of my posts and i will give a unbiased opinion

You are much much bigger than both Blackburn and Wigan yet they have both won major trophy's since 92
By the way that is 1992 not 1892
Most of your honours were as The Wednesday and not Shef Wed so in fact Shef Wed have not really won much

You have a bigger fanbase than many clubs simply because there's nothing around you
The facts of it they have done fuck all in your lifetime

Have a look at my predictions i have you and Ipswich going up this season again unbiased just your spending power

Top and bottom of it you are currently equal to FGR and Morecambe.........Suck it up and stop bleating

Sack off crap away days like Stoke & Accrington for a couple of good London trips. Chelsea & Spurs will do.

Get rid of Morecambe and Fleetwood too and add in Newcastle and a Nottingham piss up.

I actually enjoyed my last away day at Bradford, didn't struggle for boozers. Better than plenty of others on that list.
