Still trying to convince YouTubers and Bloggers you’re the only club who achieved what you did :bg:

Shrewsbury, Bristol Rovers, Lincoln…

Our Twitter account trying its best to be the ‘lads lads lads’ style that so many Twitter accounts seem to try and mimic these days.

Yes they conned the ref for the red card but should win with dignity imo

Yep enjoy the Papa Johnstone's Paint and Pizza Trophy final mate, glad to see you've updated us in the correct thread.

Very Bolton to get excited about a trophy the rest of us have boycotted.

Enjoyed your posts [fair and balanced] when we was down here during the pandemic unlike other deluded posters.
Not excited in the least more relieved that we are where we are on a upward curve.
Not been to Wembley since our disaster 12 years ago against Stoke.

What i dont understand is the delusion you and others have that you boycott the cup.
It was never well supported despite changing the format and adding the u21s a few seasons back.

We lambast the premier teams for entering teams in this cup....Yet accept the same players into our teams/squads on loan for a season.

Yes i will enjoy the weekend and so will a few thousand who have been away from the club for a number of years.
Get 500 of those back next season watching us and it is a job well done

Fair play, I'm sure you'll have a great day out. Good that you're up against another well supported side too, much better fixture than having to face Salford or someone.

For me the boycott is purely to do with the threat of youth/B teams being given a foot in the door. As long as the likes of Pep campaign for the City B team to be given a slot in the EFL then I won't give this tournament any time. There's also the ridiculous rules that stipulate we have to play a certain percentage of our previous lineup, essentially preventing the L1/L2 clubs from using the tournament to give their own youth players the same chance their PL counterparts are handed. I used to be a fan of the tournament and have fond memories of us lifting the trophy in 1998 at the old Wembley, so if that's you tomorrow then I hope you soak it all in and have a good day.

Some doughnut was throwing flares on the pitch in our game yesterday. Sadly from the Crawley (bell)end.

Posted earlier in the Wrexham thread, how I'm already sick of hearing about them, what other non league club would be afforded this over the top publicity.

How many are owned by a pair of global superstar actors?

You better get used to it, they ain't going anywhere.

They shouldn’t be covering it on bbc, it’s bloody ridiculous.

You should write in to Points of View.
I could become one of “those people” who are featured on a Sunday morning on the BBC’s feedback section of its news (whatever it’s called). What a wonderful prospect.

Now, let me find a link….

That looks so 'camp'.

I hope he enjoys his trips to Farsley Celtic and Peterborough Sports next season
I hope you win on Saturday and other results go your way.

Surprised the club Social Media put that out but in touch with our surroundings…

I’d assumed he was an early new signing for next season’s NLN promotion push…

…maybe he is…
