OK so basically if everyone can put below their team, who they think their top scorer will be and how many goals he'll get then I'll pick the most popular player for each team and average out all the guesses for how many goals he'll get. I can then put together a goalscoring chart of sorts before the season starts with a player from each team and we can compare come the end of the season.

Honest guesses only please, don't just put 20 goals because you reckon 'he could pull it off', and please keep guesses for Bingham to below 100 goals for the sake of the game. Feel free to also put why you think he'll get that many if you're feeling particularly adventurous...

I'll start the bidding with Wyke getting 14 goals for Carlisle. Reckon he'll be playing alongside Ibehre which will hopefully be a big help for him in terms of him being able to focus more on goalscoring. He managed 10 goals last season across 30 games between loan spells with us and Hartlepool and we were both horrendously bad so there's every chance that he could get more than that but with Asamoah and Rigg competing with him as well he might not always be a starting player.

Akinde - Barnet 15.

Might not get as many penalties as last year as I expect defenders and keepers to have a bit more between their ears at this level.

Josh McQuoid, 18.

Think we'll create enough chances and whilst I don't expect him to be totally prolific, I expect him to have his best goal scoring season to date now he's dropped to L2.

15 in 24 starts last season. We're hoping to have a good season and he'll play a massive part in what we do.

Did any striker get to 20 last season? I don't think they did, did they?

Richards - Northampton - 19. He's a fantastic striker at his level, and with proper striking back up we won't have to burn him out like last year

Kemar Roofe scored 5 times in 6 games for us whilst on loan at the end of last season.

We now have him permanent.

30 goals at least.

He potentially has a midfield three behind him capable of creating tons of chances for him.

Jake Hyde (York City) - 14 goals.

I reckon a chunk of our goals will come from Keith Lowe and Dave Winfield headers from set pieces.
