Well deserved win for Spurs in the end, could and probably should have been more than just the one goal to separate them. Picked up three injuries though, Kane especially looked like he twisted his angle in a very awkward ankle. Was stretchered off.

Sunderland looked much more organized today than they did against Everton. They also managed some pressure in the end even with ten men (Januzaj got sent off), but then again Spurs looked very threatening on the counter when Sunderland actually tried to attack.

Christ that was the most one sided 1-0 I think I've ever seen, good 3 points for Spurs and they'll be pleased to see themselves 3rd and unbeaten at this stage. As for Sunderland they look like relegation fodder yet again, yes they were a little more organized today but it felt like a cup game at times with Sunderland being the lower league side. Absolutely clueless going forward and apart from Defoe, who is getting zero service they are lacking. They really need to look at their recruitmemt policy as it's just not good enough.

I agree, but to me it seemed like equally a tactical decision from Moyes as a case of lack of quality from Sunderland. For 80 minutes six of their outfield players didn't cross the halfway line. You can have a lot of quality and still look absolutely outplayed with that tactical setup.
