I've not been to any of those places but I voted for Ushuaia as I desperately want to go to Patagonia.

I've not visited any so it's a case of where I'd like to go. I've been to Ushuaia and there's no ice/glaciers like that. The one decent glacier that they have almost disappears at the height of summer these days.
I'm guessing that it's the Perito Moreno glacier in Los Glaciares National Park - in which case that gets my vote.
