He was OK on loan for us last season.
Wasn't great, don't get me wrong, but was pretty steady.
Wouldn't be surprised if he ended up here.

SERNWA here again as my alias, due to being banned for no apparent reason.

Never have I said any of our out of contract 5 would definitely re-sign. I learnt a couple of weeks ago they were all offered reduced terms and only 1 year extra, so don't expect any to re-sign (although Wood has).

We signed somebody yesterday according to my mate (who does the paperwork) all he said was Scottish football, so £10 on that Australlian from Ross County, he's been told to take his laptop whilst we're at the euros this weekend and next week so expect us to sign a couple more.

Sat at work, do what I want with boredom.

Btw I haven't just created this profile, anybody with half an ounce of intelligence would realise that.

Top goalscorer the past two season, I guarantee we won't have anybody of his calibre on the amount of money he was on.

It's ok at least you have £6m Jonson Clarke-Harris to call upon.

Wow, when I first mentioned it it was £3m.

Last week the yokel said £4m and today £6m.

It just a constant stream of bollocks from you two.

Deal close. 8 days on...
Hence the 'apparently'. I don't want us to spend big money on a 28 year old anyway, happy to steer clear of this one.

£6m? He's 20 years old and English pal, you could hold out for double that.

Half of our transfer targets I expect.

Anyway, Stokes just signed for another Championship club then - oops...

Who said Stokes was definately signing for Rotherham? No one.

Was said Hammill was to be announced soon because his dads mate said so? You.

Stick to stalking Nixon, he knows so much about every football league club.

Nixon said Commons wouldn't sign - you said he would, so we'll see won't we my friend...

Aye, Hammill was down here last Friday. Seems the fella had a change of heart - do I blame him? No. He's only ever really excelled in a football shirt at Barnsley, he made the right decision to stay there instead of come here for a couple more thousand a week. He's 28 now, if he has a good couple of years at Barnsley he'll get a nice final payday somewhere else; whether it be in this country, or he'll bugger off abroad like Derbyshire did.

We're being linked with the signing of Robson Kanu now. :ffs:
Offer him a one year contract and he'll be the best signing you make all Summer.

Only likes to play well when it's the final year of his contract.

Can't see that happening somehow, and I'm a little bored of players who only perform for one season!

Glad Hamil didn't come here.
You could see at the end of the play off he was staying at Barnsley

Emerson Hyndman - anyone seen him? 20 year old American lad from their youth who we've signed.

Grabban at Championship level is effective, frustrating because he needs to miss a few chances before he scores, but he creates the chaos and chances. Obviously less effective in the PL but found a niche as an impact sub.

Still not a whisper about it at this end though, so still highly skeptical that we'll sell.

Leeds full-back Charlie Taylor wanted by West Brom - would not mind him at Burnley (was Leeds best player at Turf Moor on April 9).
