I’ve adopted that approach in the last few years as well, get a better perspective watching other players on televised games than against us.

He isn’t bad but 10m for a striker we players 5m for and has scored about 25 in 2 seasons would be okay I think.

Swap deal for Reid or do one is what I’d probably respond with.

I’d imagine you’d be able to get more for Diedhou, might not have scored as many as other strikers but clearly has quality, plus you guys are pretty good negotiators on sales

Can’t really be arsed with another summer of rebuild I’d rather just keep him and add to our striking department, he’d be a superb second choice striker.

Dieng has signed a contract extension, but he wants to be number one. We signed Kelly, to be number one and Joe Lumley was our number 1 last year. One has to go, and seeing as Lumley hasn't just joined or signed a new contract I would guess him.

Rumours at the start of the season were of Bristol City wanting him but not sure how solid that link was/is.

I'd be surprised if its a defender, and if it is i'd expect it to be a left-sided one.

Barrie McKay is being linked now. Played well (stats wise) under Warburton at Forest (7 assists and 5 goals, something like that) so hoping he can get the best out of him at QPR.

You could always have Connolly, Ward and Madine from us (mind, it looks as if Madine is signing for Sheffield United on a permanent basis). Damour is likely to go soon, so if you need a CM...

IF this is true, plus the fact I heard Villa have given up on Webby, I will be getting rather excited for next season as we could do some serious damage while keeping a strong defensive unit together. I'm too bloody old to get excited so you young 'uns must be loving this?

Not a poster reognised as credible (not KITR) but something is certainly afoot judging by Jon Lansdown's twitter.
Put a decent finisher up top for us and we are looking seriously strong IMHO.

Wouldn't say he is garbage, but he needs to hit the sort of form he was in during that game against Austria for Wales.

You never know, he could be a good addition and 'our Neil' knows how to get the best out of players.
