I know I'm massively late to the table but the Mrs and I have just finished the first series and loved it.

Now feeling worried that Vince Vaughn is in series 2 ;/

True Detective was just about bearable, only for the long take at the end of one of the episodes, and that absolute stoater that Woody pulled!

That long single-take tracking shot at the end of episode 6 was phenomenal.
