In a way I'd almost like to think it's because the board don't trust him but then they obviously gave him a decent budget as we've signed some really good players. I wonder whether he blew all his budget? His excuse about not wanting loans is a load of crap, if we find ourselves in the shit he'll be bringing in a heap of them (or the board sack him, finally)
