VAR has many critics but if used fairly could be a good asset for the game. There are so many instance where incidents happen but because officials either miss or turn a blind eye no action is taken. examples from recent games……Arsenal defenders wrapping arms around Man City pla yers at corners, Russo pony tail being pulled also at a corner, Daley elbowed in the face by Nigerian player who then pretended to also have a head injury.
If each team were allowed a fixed number of challenges per game we would see a fairer use of VAR.
