A draw and both sets of fans will pretend to hate each other on Twitter.

Make sure of a draw please, that'll tick survival off for another year and ensure we can concentrate on 'how high'.

If full backs Smith, Daniels, and (pushing the definition of full back) Francis are all still injured, I hope that forces Howe into picking a back 3 with Fraser at wing back. Although that might mean we'd become subjected to Brad Smith on the left :shut: Nobody wants that. Well, apart from Watford's right winger perhaps. I'm sure we can cobble something half decent together.

Knowing us, we'll probably be 1-0 down on 70 minutes, then Lys Mouuset will come on and make something happen, it'll end 1-1 or maybe even a sneaky 2-1 to us. Tends to be the pattern recently.

Well we are lacking at full back so the wingers on both sides might have fun.

Depends if Richarlison and Pereyra fancy it or not really .

Sure Wilson, Ibd and co will love running at Jaamatt/Britos !

After all we'd probably outpace them !

Harsh on Watford that, but they cant give Defoe a stoppage time sniff in the box. Scenes...:bdick:

That's our first aim about done now, given other results today. Now we can have a crack at how high we can finish again.

That was predictable - harsh foul called by Okaka then poacher Defoe nibs in!

Generally an open game and lots of positive performances - Hughes, Kiko, Mariappa etc.

Sadly Holebas was silly with that handball.

Bournemouth certainly played their part - very attacking side as expected and do seem good at scoring late .

Will Hughes is coming good I see, about the first thing any Cherries fan said about Watford after the game was how decent he looked. We've been dead chuffed with the development of Lewis Cook, but Hughes out-shone Cook. Good for Watford bringing on an English player. Feels like he's been around a while but still only 22. England can't be far off.

Shame him and Chalobah have been injured a lot - might have had a chance of being involved with England more this season !
