We really are poor.

Zero creativity in that side. Thankfully Watford weren't up to much either.

Defence wasn't too bad today. Fonte espeically dealt with Deeney well. Shame that Watford booted Mane off the pitch within 20 minutes and with him gone nothing was going to happen. Don't know why we haven't signed any first team attacking players this summer, nor look likely to.

Just lacked the quality in the final third - crossing was appalling at times.

Clearly didn't fancy Abdi or 1FF to come on and change the game - only made 2 subs and one was late on.

Defence really solid again against some decent attackers.
