On Sky against a team with a new manager..

Probably won't win then!

I'd ordinarily be a neutral in this game, but I'd love Watford to bag all the points in this. And in decisive fashion please.

3-0.

I think West Ham will attempt one million crosses.

A guid dram
Twas a good game, West Ham had at least slightly more about them than seen lately. A lot of work needed done there though.

Looked like a broken wrist.

Sure its painful anyway but it looked like he was having a fit...

Strange game in that we played very well generally but West Ham certainly had a chance or two with Gomes pulling of 2 excellent saves.

We exploited the lack of pace in the West Ham defence and midfield.

Good to see Hughes scoring and Richarlison will be a star of the future for someone big.

Hughes and Richarlison were both very good, could see Richarlison becoming one of the best in the Prem.

Hughes still looks lightweight, but a season or two in the PL may see him push on further. Agree on Richarlison though, he looks a prospect.

Dithering Dave strikes again, can't blame him though, made an absolute killing financially

I'm glad that Richarlison hasn't been hyped up as much as Mbappe or Asensio, the environment is ideal for him to succeed.

I eventually got round to watching the game, and although we lost I found it encouraging to see that at least we played with some passion - something that has been sadly lacking of late - no question that the better team won but we did have our chances to put the ball in the back of the net, and would have done so but for the brilliance of Gomes on several occasions.

The theatrics of some of the payers (both sides & not just in this game) seem to be getting worse lately and are ruining the game - maybe they would like it to be declared a non contact sport where the little darlings will be wrapped in cotton wool - the antics of Arnautovic who was tackled and whilst down had his hand accidently trodden on which resulted in him writhing around in supposedly excruciating agony for many minutes, ffs, it was either a fractured/dislocated or even a badly bruised thumb!! just get back on your feet, walk to the side and get treatment there, and if necessary get yourself to hospital, Watford general is only 5 minutes away - past players like Bert Trautman and his ilk must be turning in their graves.
