During COVID the government was quite lax with companies chasing tax debt.Still baffles me that HMRC allow that kinda debt to be racked up (relative to the size of the business)?
No idea on wages, but he’s definitely our highest earner - £30k would be my guess.Surely there is no way that Bielik will be at Derby come start of the season?
What’s he earning a week?
Confirmed: no further points deduction for the club as the Clowes bid meets all the criteria. Liam Rosenior is the first team head coach on an interim basis, but I have a feeling that will be made permanent very soon.

If my experience with the HMRC is anything to go by, Derby probably rang them 2 years ago to warn them but are still on hold.Still baffles me that HMRC allow that kinda debt to be racked up (relative to the size of the business)?
Nothing wierd about it .Bit of a weird twist now with Rooney's agents company paying wages, although I think I read if it went to the administrators as a loan and then used to pay wages then it's acceptable and doesn't break any rules?
About what you spam javelin?Nothing wierd about it .
Why are ENGLISH football fans in such denial ??
“The club's debts have continued to mount throughout the protracted period in administration, with figures from Quantuma last month revealing that HM Revenue and Customs' total claim for unpaid taxes had risen to £36m from £28m.
The club also owes finance company MSD £24m, while Quantuma themselves accumulated costs of £2.1m in the first six months of administration”
So based on that, they should have no money left to buy many players. Plus arsenal are owed money. And all the other creditors - small businesses which will need paying.
The guy who has bought them isn't super rich and has to pay off a lot of debts, I can't imagine they're going to be silly with signings this season.Barkhuizen, Chester, Hourihane, and Mendez-Laing all targets supposedly, they'll all want a decent wage.
Imagine Derby will still manage 25k crowds this season to pay for them though.
Bought the stadiumHave the new owners bought the ground or are they going to hsve to find the rent for it?
They are paying off 25p in the pound, shouldn't be allowed to pay above 5k a week or a single fee for me.The guy who has bought them isn't super rich and has to pay off a lot of debts, I can't imagine they're going to be silly with signings this season.
Dont think they will. We was capped at 4k and paid no fees for two years on 35p in the pound. They are paying off 25p in the pound, shouldn't be allowed to pay above 5k a week or a single fee for me.
They can't sign the likes of Mendez Laing, Barkhuizen etc etc on.4k a week.Dont think they will. We was capped at 4k and paid no fees for two years on 35p in the pound.
Good luck to them will need it no way has due dilegence been done in 10 or so days.
That sounds pretty generous, I seem to recall that when Leeds United went bust a few years ago they paid out something like 2p in the pound to creditors...that included organisations like St John's Ambulance who provide medical cover on matchdays. I don't want to see any club go bust, it nearly happened to us just over ten years ago when we owed £25k to the inland revenue and had no income due to matches being postponed in the depths of winter, but when clubs seem to have millions of debt just wiped out...that is tacking the mick. They are paying off 25p in the pound, shouldn't be allowed to pay above 5k a week or a single fee for me.

It would to me too fellaSo Derby have signed Barkhuizen. Don’t get me wrong am glad they’ve survived as a club but if they go out now flashing the money on a load of signings it’s going to leave a bad taste in the mouth to say the least.
Seems grossly unfair. Surely they should have a cap on wages and spend? So Derby have signed Barkhuizen. Don’t get me wrong am glad they’ve survived as a club but if they go out now flashing the money on a load of signings it’s going to leave a bad taste in the mouth to say the least.

I honestly think Derby fans are in for a rude awakening this season.
I don’t think these signings are particularly spectacular.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they finished well off the top 6.
