Tough one for us with our away form at the moment. West Ham's defence is dodgy, but then we seem to be leaking uncharacteristically sloppy goals too.
I think we need to set up more in a 4-4-2. We're too easily exposed in our 4-2-3-1 formation which works quite well at home but not so away.
Our lack of pace is a worry. I'd choose Heaton, Lowton, Ward, Keane, Mee, Kightly, Boyd, Marney, Defour, Gray and Barnes. Having Barnes in the team offers up the opportunity to use Boyd as a floating number 10. Barnes is also more mobile than Vokes and more effective at ruffling opposition defenders.
I don't know how much of problem their new stadium is for them at the moment but it may play in our favour.
Two key players for them. Payet and Antonio. Thankfully we have an outstanding keeper but it will depend on if we can limit Antonio's influence and limit Payet's free-kick capablities.
I have a good feeling about the game though and am hoping for a 2-1 to us.

3 points is 3 points I suppose but I've seen better football played over at Wanstead Flats (local public park)

It was dire wasn't it?! Two teams devoid of confidence for different reasons served up a match of long ball. misplaced passes and nervous naivety.
