Wigan showed signs a month or so ago that things were coming together and that they could go on to steamroller the rest of the division. However, after the 1-0 loss at home to Burton they haven't been quite the same side, certainly not in an attacking sense. You have to feel for the Blackpool fans as they continue to struggle off the field with chairman Oyston and on the field with a jaded squad. This will be a tough one for them I think.

All match discussion here please.

Depends on the weather. It's no coincidence that our two worst performances of the season were against Burton at home and Barnsley at home over the past two weeks, high winds and monsoon like rain for each game and our one touch control and pass football just can't work, thought at one point the Burton game might get abandoned it was so bad, made the game a farce to watch. Having to make 2/3 touches to get the ball under control just means we're getting closed down before we have the chance to pass and we can't get the ball forward fast enough, therefore creating little and not scoring.

High winds right now, have me worried about tomorrow.

Wouldn't surprise me if this got abandoned at some stage, the rain is ridiculous, standing water and the river Douglas at the side of the sradium dangerously close to bursting its banks. Could be a farcical event.

Surprised at Wigan's recent form. Thought they would power on.

Think this result highlights how poorly Wigan have spent their money this summer.
