From our point of view, with one of Bolton or Barnsley definitely staying next season, both would be good away days anyway, but seeing Bolton hv been up there, and finished 11 points clear, it'd only be right & proper if they go up...but footie doesn't work like that! As we well know <...cough...

It's all about 'on the day'...Barnet easily the 2nd best team over the season. That means f.a. when in the PO's though...as Wxm found out in the PO's too... That's one of the reasons why it took us SO long to get out of that league (it's not a shit league - just SO hard to get out of...)

There's quite a few Clubs that always identify to me as 'lower league'...Exeter and ourselves being some of many. I've followed Wxm for 50yrs, and there are always the perenial lower league clubs - aka yourselves, us, Stockport, etc... We ALL have the ability/resourses to be up a bit...

The one thing I've enjoyed about being in the lower league's is the lack of the hooligan element. As we go up, there's a danger of that creeping back in with the 'bigger city' clubs.... For 15yrs we've been able to have a chat and a pint or two with the away fans..it's been great, we're all...

Met some great Cheltenham fans when Wrexham played Southend in the LDV Final in Cardiff many moons ago. Sad to see them go down (for THOSE fans) tbh, but it's not as far for us to get to away as Burton, so the lesser of two evils as they say....hope they come back soon.
