They have to be very, very careful if they declare null and void.
yep - declaring Null and Void could affect the future number of promotion places between the National League and the EFL - which in turn would affect the chances of certain teams (every team in fact) every getting out of this league.

Personally I think they should decide promotion/relegation on a points per game basis.

Also EFL are still down one member down.

This could get messy. But it may safeguard the future of many clubs down here.....I think, I don't know......................

The votes to decide what to do next should be fun.

Could we have some kind of royal rumble style play off, behind closed doors if necessary, to decide on the two promotion places?

Start with Dover vs Torquay and Bromley vs Sutton or something and then teams enter in the points per game table order, ending with Barrow and Harrogate for the semi finals.

For what it’s worth, the next decision can’t be taken until we know what the EFL is doing. I think unless something drastic changes in the next couple of weeks, they might well follow suit and the 19/20 season will end up being a ghost one.

if it was a real royal rumble style it would be interesting - the player with the worst disciplinary record would compete - no doubt dirty Michael Doyle of Notts and Jason Taylor of Barrow would represent our respective teams

Given his own percentages, he's spending £109k a month on wages (95% of the £115k he's putting in)?! £1.3m a year over and above what comes in via all other means?! I knew some money was going in but I didn't think it'd be up at that level.

Despite what the Fylde fan always maintains. Turns out everyone else was right after all. Who'd have thunk it?

i'm starting to think that both chairman Dave at Fylde and Chorley would quite happily accept relegation for one reason or another - and that could help getting a solution..

Good luck finding a sporting solution to who gets promoted out of York and Kings Lynn. It’s forget it ever happened or find some way to play some kind of play-offs.

Ourselves and Stockport have been away for the longest. Job done.

there will unfortunately be fatalities - club wise in the EFL - Oldham is the latest rumour - so by the time things are sorted both will come up - and Notts probably too with Barrow and Harrogate.

Have you actually been there?

Yes I have. It was by far the worst place I visited in Italy. Shit food, shit all over the streets, rip off at every corner. Nuke it I say.

You have to go away from the main tourism sites to get better food in Venice. Like when one visits Hartlepool.

Safest option would be no movement between steps 1 & 2 and leave the National a side light for next season, assuming Barrow go up to fill the hole left by Bury.

Well that's not exactly a hard one.

Brother York = Proper club
Kings Lynn = bankrolled shite by a Dracula looking weirdo

This virus really is the perfect time to re-evaluate and re-rank the entirety of the football pyramid and place everyone exactly where they should be, based on historical performance.

it's nice to see some movement at last though - even just for the fact this forum has come out of hibernation....

Absolutely delighted that the anti-Oyston protest vehicle that's AFC Fylde are set to cut spending. They'll likely go bust in a couple of years and the town of Kirkham will be left with a white elephant of a stadium. Maybe PNE or Blackpool could get a decent training ground out of it.

Hopefully Fleetwood and their anti-Oyston vehicle can descend down the leagues next as well.

Agreed, it’s all going to look very different. Which is why I can’t work out why everyone from the EFL downwards hasn’t just agreed to freeze it in time, leave it up to clubs to do what they want with their players’ contracts, and work out what to do when we know some more.

There shouldn't be any votes. The league should have some bollocks and sort it iut themselves.

But then you get the same situation with what happened in the leagues below North/South, they all kick up a stink about not being consulted over ending their season.

Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

If there's no relegation across the board, I can see the NL being a 25 team league next season (unless clubs go bust) and the leagues below being 23 teams which would be a nightmare but the lower ones were supposed to expand to 24 anyway next season.

I think Barrow will go up. I don't think it would be unfair to promote Wealdstone, but the KL/York situation is a mess.

I can quite understand why someone from fucking Hartlepool would think Venice is a shit hole. Jesus fucking Christ. :fl::fl::fl:
