He had kiwi fruit hair when he scored that overhead kick for Norwich against us back in the day, Westwood and Nelson, take us back!
What a fucking team we had. Should've been a Championship centre half pair. Complemented each other so well. One had hair, the other didn't.

Did a decent job in the circumstances.
Yes he did - he turned them round after the 7-0 defeat at Barrow and got them in a position where they might have stayed up IF things had continued. I think it's more a cost cutting thing rather than any comment on him. Don't expect a replacement until they know when football will start again and what league they will be in.

Interesting appointment by Ebbsfleet Denis Kutrieb. Cant get my head around why he chose Ebbsfleet though if he is so highly rated in Germany

I totally get him coming to England, but Ebbsfleet is such a strange choice. Not in the best place financially or with much potential.

Looks like a great appointment though, going purely off his win rate and PPG.

Looks like Evatt to Bolton then. Bit of a kicker that for Barrow, I dare say he’ll be in for Rooney et al too.

Nah Ian Evatt always sees a job through 100%, can’t see this happening at all.

Have a feeling it will happen. The Rooney etc thing can't though, they're under contract and Bolton can't make transfers until 2021.

Craig Harrison is right when he says there's no loyalty in football any more. All it will take for Evatt (or any other manager) to leave Barrow (or any other club) is a bigger pay check and he'll be off. Sad but true.

bigger paycheck and paying Barrow the £250k golden handcuff that's written in Evatt's contract....

No different to clubs binning off the useless feckers, though. Some managers genuinely want to progress their careers and some see their present club as an unlikely vehicle for doing so.

Many fall flat on their arse after taking a step up.

Rumour has it that newly founded Billy Big Bollocks Barrow will be cherry picking the NL for their best managers and players.

We're obviously getting Sol Campbell, who will lead us heroically to 23rd in the table before walking out in November. See you lot in 2021/22.

What about the new two-year deal you just signed? Will you be neglecting your Champions League campaign to keep this place in line?
