Surely even Chelsea can't fail to win against a side that couldn't beat Newcastle?

We drew with Newcastle as well..
Confidence is up after Wednesday, would be nice if it wasn't destroyed again.

I'm probably a tad over optimistic about this....but I feel with a bit of confidence the team can find some form again. We played quite well at Stoke two weeks ago so the players know we're capable of getting a result.

6-2 Chelsea.

Yeah I feel like we're playing well. Just need to take one of these chances.

Bloody good goal that. Shaqiri has looked dead good, he has taken his time settling in but he fancies this game.

Who's this Baba fella for Chelsea? He looks shit. Haven't seen much Chelsea at all this season - is this performance a fair reflection? Or is he having a rare shocker?

He's only played a couple of league games but he's looked like a good, direct attacking fullback. Shaqiri is showing up the defensive side of his game here though.

See that surprises me. Obviously Shaqiri is a handful so I'd expect him to be having a tough time defensively, but even when he's going forward he's looked to offload the ball rather than taking a run at his man. He doesn't look that confident, from tonight's showing at least.

And let's not get started on Ramires. He's got a tenner on Mourinho to be the next manager for the sack.
