    Best/Worse/Most surprising player this season...

Aye, he's had some games where he's fallen below what one would expect, but otherwise he's been our only real player over the entirety of the season to consistently put in decent-to-excellent performances. He has room to improve, particularly in attack, but otherwise he's at least been up there...

    Martinez

    Don't worry, they are.

    Best/Worse/Most surprising player this season...

Won our POTY in 11/12 (not that he was imo) and in hindsight we should've taken the offer from City for him back then. Not his role, he's in the team to be a neat & tidy DM and he's doing a reasonable job of it. Telling that he's chosen over Lucas in mid now, we have two other CBs he could...

    Best/Worse/Most surprising player this season...

Best - Clyne. Consistent, reliable, solid and provides an outlet. Just plain good at his job. The kind of player we haven't got enough of over recent years. Great signing. Worst - Mignolet. Single-handedly responsible for costing us league places through his mistakes or shit attempts at doing...

    West Brom v Liverpool

This will basically be the same type of team as v Watford, but with Sergi Canos likely to get a game, just back from Brentford where he's done well. I reckon: Mignolet Flanagan/Randall - Skrtel - Lucas - Smith Stewart - Brannagan/Chirivella Canos - Ojo - Ibe Benteke Hopefully Ings &...

Quique Sanchez Flores to leave Watford

Not surprising, given the Pozzos history and Watford's post-Christmas form, they've been utterly dire to watch too. Still, he'd done decent enough job with them and he's hardly harmed his reputation. Would be worth a few other clubs looking at him. I've seen talk of Mazzari being his replacement.

Everton to do a Leicester 2016/17

Would've had them for that if they'd kept Bobby Brown Shoes.

    Farewell John "JT" Terry

He still looks good enough to be a squad player for Chelsea, but would he be willing to properly accept that? Rio was the better player, but the two were two of the very best in Europe mid-late 00s. The England squad of that time increasingly looks like a missed opportunity.

    Liverpool v Chelsea Wednesday 11th May 8pm.

It was obvious that our players were just trying to avoid injury. Hazard was the best player on the park (I wonder why he's suddenly started playing with a transfer window & international tournament upcoming), but no one *really* tried to stop him. Basel is all that matters.

    Martinez

Is Moshiri even *that* minted? Not enough to put them at a big advantage over similar clubs with the new TV deal, surely? Maybe 25+ years ago, there have only been two in the past 20 years, the last was almost 15 years ago (Xavier) and Barmby's move wasn't the most well received, let's say...

West Ham splashing the cash already?

I'd quite like Michy too, as Benteke's replacement. Sturridge, Michy, Origi, Ings & Firmino, nice crop of forwards that... Think our funds will be mainly concentrated in other areas though. Batshuayi though would be a good signing for West Ham, the reported fees are steep but that's the new...

    Liverpool v Watford Sunday 1600

Yep, he's gone in the summer. Just not the right fit.

    Liverpool v Watford Sunday 1600

Got the assist for Allen though, and generally his play was better than it has often been. Difficult to judge from this game though, it had a sunny summer going through the motions feel to it.

Pellegrino set for the high jump

How many City fans actually knew Pellegrini would be coming back out to give a speech? Genuine Q.

I'd rather like Everton to get Moyes back - would be good to know we're winning the derbies.

    Martinez

Keep Martinez on and, with the way things are going, I think they could be a shock relegation contender next season. With the money in the league now and the potential of that squad there'd be no shortage of decent candidates being interested in the job. I think the fans who are expecting...

    Liverpool Vs Villarreal

That was really rather good. Emre Can was supreme, but there wasn't really a bad performance. Villarreal were rattled from the off and we deservedly pasted them. Soldado in particular was atrocious, Denis Suarez was properly the prickly little twat as well. There are clear signs of progress...

Can Leicester carry on their form next season, or just a flash in the pan?

Would be pretty odd to find it far fetched that the League Champions could finish 4th the next season.
