Tough call.
For Pools, two important internationals away, one the keeper. One a centre half who is playing out of his skin.
That aside, we do score goals and no disruption up front. Bartlett is a good No2 keeper and I think Harrison can cover Donnelly
Both teams in form so it's going to be...
Depends whether we've got two fit centre backs to put out. Two on the treatment table and one suspended. The fourth one prone to game changing brain farts.
On the plus side we're three unbeaten so we have a bit of momentum and Luton had the longest game in recent history on Saturday finishing...
Yes. Lots of young 'uns. The idea is to do a Crewe and make some money off a prodigy. If I'm right we have three out on loan at the moment. The first team squad is 18 or so.
I'm hanging my hat on Rob Jones being fit so we can put a 5-3-2 out. If not I fear the worst.
Plenty up front, but we need the ball first and I don't think we're going to see a lot of it, so it's damage limitation time.
I hope to be pleasantly surprised, but so did John Wayne Gacy's victims...
Rakish, selflessly, never had a shot yesterday. Didn't want to steal the limelight see? What a chap.
10 of the Hearts players wanted to swap shirts, but as before he gave his to Save The Children and insists only on a maximum charge of 50p. Their No 8 said he could get 80p on E-Bay. No way...
Howay lads, we've all peaked too early.
That Glass lad will never call a crowd right again, but it's a fact that we play better a goal down.
E10, 1-1 written all over it. Lump on. :cool1:
Sigh...dunno where to begin.
If we score first we cock up, if we go behind we do OK, get an early sending off we play out of our skin. What a bloody anomaly.
Anyway, hope springs eternal, not the name of a new player, (how many double barrels in our division this year?) so I'll go 2-1 to Pools...
Depends which Pools turn up, but after last weekend I think Higgy will have read the riot act so there'll be no more sitting on a one goal lead. We're making a career out of comebacks this season so looking at both sides of the story, I'll go for 3-1 to Pools probably after going a goal down.
I can't remember us ever relying on a loan keepers header keeping us in the league. Or us ever being out of the League.
But obviously your superiority shines through....
Sigh...
Good result for us I think.
This season so far, well, we had Colchester, newly relegated, away at Preston, a long journey to Exeter, no recovery and a draw at newly relegated Crewe.
Now two home games.
Watch us make a mess of that. :(
