Depends which Pools turn up, but after last weekend I think Higgy will have read the riot act so there'll be no more sitting on a one goal lead. We're making a career out of comebacks this season so looking at both sides of the story, I'll go for 3-1 to Pools probably after going a goal down.

Can't make it tomorrow, was looking forward to giving Compton a few words of encouragement too!

I expect a couple of changes this week. Think Higgy will opt for a defensive 4-3-3 before unleashing Amond and co in the second half. Would prefer to see Amond start, but the tactic has worked a couple of times already.

Think it will be a tough game. I'll settle for a 4-3 victory.

I forgot that pea hearted turd Compton now plays for Newport, would've be nice to see him getting booted up and down the pitch tomorrow but since we're a team of fannies it probably won't happen.

Hignett has to change it tomorrow, last week was disappointing the way we crumbled after taking the lead, at least start a centre midfielder who has a bit of attacking flair about him.

2-1 either way.

Plenty of action 1st half. Clear hand ball red card. Good 1st goal by pools but Day should have claimed the cross for the 2nd. Another trade mark close range tap in by Parkin. Should've worn my fleece.

Terrific performance from Pools, 86 mins with 10 men and we were well on top and probably should've won No complaints about the sending off, no clue what Toto was thinking, brain dead decision making, the only thing the ref got right all match.

Fatty Parkin scored a worldy, controlled the ball between his tits and hit it on the volley in off the post, about the only thing he did like.

Not sure Toto is quite football league standard yet. There's something there but if he was a star man in the Conference, then it must be a poor league.

Definitely would've beaten them 11 vs. 11. We look a canny side but do have a self-destruct button.

You really didn't create anything, 3 shots on target against 10 men for 86 minutes, you had a lot of the ball for good periods but did nothing with it, decent point for Newport all things considered.

As for Toto I think it's a bit harsh to call him a liability, today his stupidity cost us the win, but the lad has been steady away, he's no Adam Jackson that's for sure but I think he definitely has something about him and let's be honest, if he was the finished article he wouldn't be playing for Pools.

Draw was a fair result today. We had more possession but Pools had the better chances that they failed to put away. Lots of blocks by the Pools defence especially late on so both teams could have won. Honestly cannot see how we were a narky side today not that I give a shite - need to take the tarts from Luton with a pinch of salt.

It took us a year to 'unmask' Poolie Tom ....Soup Ladle is a mystery as is this new one .......on hufc1908 we are regularly referencing one football so he might be from there ...
