According to Tony of Hufc 1908 basically yes ...Bob did it in between doing just about everything else .... its not even where the Carlisle fans pay in , it's where the toilets are .... also the Town End can't exit on the Clarence Road incase they want to start on the away fans , it's ok for...
Any Carlisle fans hoping to 'eyeball' the Poolie fans upon entering the stadium will be dissapointed , we have invested in a 'crowd calming ' screen .......
This has to be the only thread were both fans are predicting the other team to win .... I'm going for 1 0 to Pools , only because I think our defence is not the worst defence in the world , and cos Carlisle are struggling to score ....
We were lucky ,,no doubt ..... the young keeper from Boro looked decent , and may well have one of those games shortly meaning we nick a win unexpectedly ...hopefully 4 points from Easter , but 3 will do if Newport get the same , then roll on Cheltenham and Barnet where we should get ourselves...
I was at the last 2 away games ,;with a bit of luck it could have been 4 points and not 1 ...... I am of course being optimistic and completely ignoring the home game in between
I went to Morecambe yesterday , it's less than 2 hours by car , closer than both Carlisle and Grimsby , that's more of a Derby ... I think Accrington is the closest to us at the moment
Edit ! ......pools to Carlisle 90 miles
Pools to Accrington 102 ...but from my house...
We have no midfield , it usually takes around 40 mins for the opposition to work that out .... a draw wouldn't be a complete disaster for Pools , and I think that's how we will set up
The main thing here is only 6 to play , just 1 win for Pools and Cheltenham makes Newport's task more difficult ....Pools next 5 games should be worth at least 5 points , meaning Newport need 10
It is the same price for all at Pools
....the 25 quid was also for home fans without a season ticket ... it went down like a lead balloon and was removed after 1 season
When we have offers , Barnet coming up for example , we extend it to the away fans ..... its the principle for me ....if Orient were playing a team from Africa , would they charge more for visiting foreighn fans ? ....
If you are 'southern' you can watch Leyton Orient v Hartlepool for £5 , if you are 'Northern' , sitting in the same stand you have to pay £24 ..... not right I think you will agree ...
I'm not .... I've set my own non scientific target of 45 points , although the more I look at Newport's fixtures , the more I think I should be adding on a couple of points .... the Crawley game is massive for them , win it and they are in the game , anything else and that's that I think
