First of all, where is everyone? Four fixtures on a Saturday, you can't all be down with the sickness surely.

Anyway, I don't think we've ever played Wealdstone, certainly a game we should be winning, we're in good form and have improved a lot at home especially whereas they're having a little wobble recently after starting well, hopefully we don't lose this game to a frosty forecast Friday night, must've been nearly 10 years since we've had a postponement for a frozen pitch so we're doing something right at least.

Going to minus4 overnight what are the chances of your pitch being frozen.

Being one of the high and mighty clubs in the division do you have covers or does Jeff Stelling just breath on it.

What is this thing you can ballfoot? It looks quite fun, its a shame we haven't taken this up in Notts.

Of course we have covers, we're not some rinky dink outfit.

Yep, at least one thing we've not dropped in standard on. Our pitch is excellent thanks to the groundsman and the money even RS is paying in to keep it in good nick, so I'll give the fat knacker his due on that one.

Have to be looking at a home win, surprising we've only had 1 corona case and that was in pre season. Wonder if Molyneux is still suffering the effects though? Nowhere near the player he was in past seasons.

Haven't paid for a stream for over a month now but I will for this one. Besides there's fuck all else to do so let's have it.

Certainly is, we’ve played this mob 4 times and never won any of them! (2 losses 2 draws)

Expect Carline to come straight back into the XI following his suspension. Would love a first win against these but would take the draw now if it was offered to me.

Looking forward to our game tomorrow. Bromley's home form is pretty poor so hopeful we can come away with at least a point.

Aye I think off the field there's only Singh and the Groundsman still on the payroll, easily the best pitch in the league, count this as the kiss of death for tomorrow...

Reckon they'll have an inspection early morning even though they currently don't have one planned, long old poke up the road for them.

Molyneux really has gone off the boil, suppose also the change of formation has done him no good, same goes for Ofosu/MacDonald.

Do you know second hand whether or not the stream has improved in recent weeks? I know it has been a point of contention for Hartlepool supporters on here.

As for the game, the way our defence plays we're bound to gift wrap you a couple of chances, it's just whether or not we concede from those mistakes. Going forward we'll have chances because of the style we play.

Shame this game is BCD, we'd have taken a decent following up there in normal seasons as the longest trips in the division normally get 'Stones on Tour' status (Truro, Torquay and Weymouth have been those away days in recent seasons).

The stream had been dog shit for most of the season, last two home games have been good quality, the commentators will get on your tits though.

Robbie Stelling (Jeff's son for other users) is really good. Intelligent lad and has a good understanding of tactics if you can put up with his posh south coast accent. Keith Nobbs makes me want to hang myself and Jeff Winter the ex Prem ref, dear fucking god. Where's my gun at?

Then you have the ringleader, Alex Chandy, what a total muppet he is. I know he's a young lad blah blah blah but if ever you were wondering if you really are a non league club, look no further than the way he conducts himself as proof that we most definitely are.

Stockport so worried about our form they've recalled their striker to keep their bench warm. Meh, we'll let Billy Chadwick warm up with his new strike partner against Kings Lynn on Saturday and be flying again on Tuesday night against the only outfit that spent more time at the bottom of the Football League than we did. :ds:

Timing is terrible. 10 days off without squad training, couple of training sessions and then 2 games in 4 days against Solihull. Now another 10 days off without squad training before we play again - talk about taking the wind out of our sails.

Similar stuff at ML. Our season has been ridiculously stop start. And would have been even more so if we hadn’t foolishly tried to play a game with four first teamers out with Covid. With the spiralling rates nationwide I am rapidly losing faith that this season won’t be suspended in fairly short time, before it descends into complete farce.

It looks like the season may have to stop unless they massively increase the amount of testing taking place.

Yes. With the government now urging people to stay at home unless absolutely necessary and ‘act as if they have the virus’ it is starting to look a little incongruous that large football squads plus support staff are being allowed to travel up and down the country on a weekly basis completely untested to play games at this level.

We can only hope, could do with getting at least a point to keep us away from the bottom dwellers.

Could do with both Alty and Kings Lynn slipping up.

Presume you mean Halifax slipping up and not Alty considering the table

Yeah it either needs suspending to allow for squads to be vaccinated - or extending through to June / July to allow for the sheer number of postponed games. No impact on Euros at our level so can't see why they wouldn't consider an extension (I'm sure player contracts could be extended to suit).

No you are playing KL, I’d rather you win as it builds a bigger gap to relegation and same applies to the other game our battle isn’t against Sutton, they are going for playoffs we are going for survival.

It's the way he calls us 'Pewells' gets on my tit ends, young Stelling is alright but I can't get away with the accent.

£12 for access and it's surreal how bad this Kings Lynn footage is. Sure they can't help the thick fog, but it randomly flits between multiple camera angles that disorient you from where the action's taking the place, and you've got their wacko chairman pontificating about the world above it all. Feel like my mind's being fried.

Awful conditions at the Walks (KL) with the fog. I think the swapping of cameras is an attempt to one that can provide anything more than shadows - Halifax doing their bit by playing in pink but maybe we should have gone with the away green kit, that said the Halifax keeper in grey isn't the easiest to pick up.

From what we can see, Halifax looking in control but good save from our keeper on their one real chance so far

Only following on Twitter but for all intents and purposes Hartlepool should be out of sight.
