My confidence for Tranmere away depends on what team we can field, Maris being back would be a great help, I’ll take a point.

I doubt it. Tranmere probably the worst team I've seen this season when they played us in midweek, they were truly shocking. We beat them without having to get out of 2nd gear

Another easy away win for you
I think you flatter yourself as you were deeply average and were fortunate nobody got on the end of Bristow's blistering crosses in the first half. We were actually on top in the second half when our keeper threw one in his own net.

In any case, our recent home record is much better than our away form. We beat Salford and Orient in our previous two home games.

As it happens, we have got injuries to key players today so I am not confident.

That assessment surprises me. Rovers rode the early battering, were unable to convert a couple of excellent Bristow crosses. When Morris went off, we were unable to replace with the same quality and sloppy marking contributed to the opening goal shortly before h/t. Even without the keeper error we never looked like scoring in the second half though.

Agree about the first half, but we looked toothless in the second, Hendry’s shot/cross was our only goal attempt of note in the last 45.

Bradford hard to call as they were playing within themselves. Definitely top seven, but of those contenders I’ve seen, not as good on Tuesday as Stevenage or Carlisle.

Always weary of playing teams on a poor run. That said, I think we'll win. 2-1 City.
Barrow can't win at the moment and Boyson is the ref. Nothing can POSSIBLY go wrong.

We were on top when Bradford scored their second goal. We actually had reasonable chances in the second half but failed to force the keeper to make a save, which is the story of the season.

Bradford are in play off contention because of Cook's goals. Stevenage, Carlisle and Orient were all significantly better sides.

Didn't realise he was the ref. Barrow win then!

We beat Stevenage of an aggregate of 6-2, we aren’t great but to say they’re significantly better sides on minuscule data is lazy to say the least. Especially as a team you’re calling crap limited you to 0 shots on target, 0 corners and have done the double over you comfortably. You’re forgetting the sitter Matty Platt missed from 4 yards so it could have been more despite the gift. Well done on a solid 5 minutes on top and a dangerous cross.

Hemmings out injured, none of our injury doubts recovered for the game. Rather than juggle formation looks like we’re sticking with 442, with Newcastle loanee Jay Turner-Cooke replacing the injured Morris for his first Rovers start. Veteran 41 keeper Joe Murphy in for Hewelt and vertigo sufferer Joel Mumbongo leads the Rovers line. Fearing a drubbing…

Mansfield well on top and in front. Rovers toothless. Mumbongo has finally won a header though

We are absolute toilet, there's no redeeming feature in this side despite the 11 players signed in Jan. Curle, judge me in Jan, fair enough like, it's still the same shower signing mediocre non league level players or youngsters who aren't ready

9 man behind the ball, zero press, lump it forward, piss weak all over the pitch. Shite.

Orient finally put the ball in the net. We have passages of play that brings optimism but not enough quality. Game over at 1-0, we don’t have the belief in the squad.

We won’t make the playoffs. 2 wins in 10, a good performance nowhere to be found. 2 teams playing out an absolutely dreadful game, and two crosses kill us. Poor poor poor.

Wimbledon have time wasted about 25 minutes of the game and they thoroughly deserved that at the end the daft c***.

Superb win, not a single shot on target for Bradford.

well we won a game!
Bradford 0 Barrow 1 with Josh Kay getting a 24th minute winner.
And that must be one of the 1st times we have done the league double over the once mighty Bradford City....

Truly terrible display, 0 shots on target 75% possession most in our own half. Everyone wants fining after that, one of the most boring football matches I’ve ever witnessed. Barrow offered little, but punished a terrible mistake well. That was about the game in a nutshell.

Absolutely dire game of football. We made a mistake, Barrow scored, and fuck all else happens for the rest of the game. Gotta love playing long balls into two massive centre-backs for an entire game. Another game where the blame lays at Hughes' feet - Wrong tactics, wrong subs. And as we all knew , another loss against a team struggling for form. No spine in the team. Gutless, absolutely gutless.
