I have that there to watch funnily enough and have never seen it. I tend to shy away from overly violent films these days as they don't really interest me now, but I've heard decent things about this so will give it a bash one day when I'm in the mood.

"In the year 2007, crime has risen at an exponential rate. Once highly populated metropolises such as Los Angeles are no longer inhabitable. These cities have transformed into "Hell Zones," ruled by violent street gangs. The Hell Zone, formerly called the "Zone of Personal Freedom," is a safe-haven for criminal warpaths everywhere.
