So it's a fond farewell to Team 6, who put in an excellent showing. Early on they seemed the underdogs, a team full of new comers and drifters who nobody else wanted banded together. And then as it went on, Minsterman (last read the T6 PM on April 20th) and Silkyman (last read the T6 PM on March 23rd) seemed to disappear without at least having the decency to say they were doing so like James and Cardsfan did.

Despite this, however, Ian and Mark put in a hell of a showing. Working well together, they've managed to make it this far and get a bronze placed finish for Team 6. They just managed to fly under the radar without making targets out of themselves and slowly built until people were forced to take notice of them. They've got a lot to be proud of here.

I didn't have you as much of a threat at the beginning but there was a point when I realised that you were biding your time and building money up in the bank which was a very clever tactic. Your undoing was luck really. You just never seemed to win a meaningful bonus battle with Donotello and never really had a big hitter to trouble the big fights. You put up a very good showing though and never got involved in shenanigans. If we don't win, I'd have wanted you guys to. Played!

I agree though T6 have been a great addition to the game which I knew from the start. Mark was good in grandstand when I think he was on my team and Ian was in NOTW so they had a good base.

It was excellent fun, and really tested my Spanish when I had to not only try to explain the concept of a forum in general and this game specifically to my girlfriend, but also justify why exactly I had to interupt our afternoon siesta, or nip off mid-tapas at her parents to claim a couple of spots on the fight card. She still doesn't get it (no surprises there) but she did once give a giggle when I told her spirederman (try explaining the username) had yet another breakdown and called someone a permacunt, and she had a go at calling me one when we argued one night which was funny so she's learnt something from all this too. She will be glad this is over tho, and I don't think I'm going to even try to explain what Euros Grandstand is.

Big thanks to Oaf and probably even more to Munkiki who took this and run during any absences and came up with some really novel ideas. I'd agree that we never quite had much luck at key moments, although that included no real bad luck as well, which meant we could slip under the radar and hang around for so long.

Whichever of the remaining sides ends up winning will have deserved it. Someone said in a thread the other day about the quality of forum games on this site, and while I've not participated in many I follow a few and this really could get boxed together and sold to the world were there a demand for such a thing, given how well it all just works. So great effort in even thinking of the concept initially Oaf!

Also, big thanks to mark, who was my only real teammate in this. Neither of us had much free time to be discussing the technicalities of decisions etc but I think we put up a decent fight.

As if it wasn't going to be hard enough just fighting the characters on the opposing team, these former characters have come back to make it even more difficult.

The bonus match in particular is going to take a heck of a lot to win, with it being chock full of some of the best former characters this game has seen. Win that though and you'll be able to bring one of them back as a zombie... they'll be without their ability, but still a force to be reckoned with.

All that remains is for you to choose which characters are going where. Failure to select characters by the 2pm tomorrow deadline will result in a fine.

Well, we nearly got a cool Pokemon battle, but Arya ruined all that didn't she? She got stabbed in the gut a bunch of times, but cut off Charmanders tail to make it dark. Using her expertise at fighting blind, she was somehow still able to win the fight EVEN THOUGH SHE COULD BARELY FUCKING WALK WHAT THE FUCK?!

Bulbasaur is dead, and thus, does not take part in the next fight.

Edit: Yes, I just realised that Charmander is like the one starter Pokemon not in this fight. But you know what? Fuck you, that's what. It was still a bit bullshitty.

Rocky did ok here, but The Flash was phenomenal. Rocky put up a good fight, but the Flash was just too quick for him. Jafar didn't really have much impact. Rocky, despite his 5HP and an ability that makes him tough as nails to kill off, is killed instantly!

I make that 2 wins for Stags and none for 3DD so far. Is this week going to continue to be Stagnificent? Or will we see a turn around?

The only real competition here was between Raphael and Wolverine... and Raphael was able to do something as a zombie that he couldn't quite do for Team 6 while alive, and pick up a win in a major fight!

Wolverine is dead, Team Oaf no longer has any characters.

Another boring win for the "AI" here.

Bloody hell, some brilliant scores here. This was always going to be hard, but those zombies really put up a fight. In what has been a dismal week for 3DD already, Pingu managed to cap it off by being about the only character in this fight to score badly... he was first out.

Cap still had a heck of a job on his hands, though, with 4 very threatening zombies coming at him. Somehow, though, he was able to cap off a good week for Stags and pull out the victory. What an absolute gem Captain America has been for Stags... this win may be one of his most impressive yet.

So...4 wins for Stags and 3DD are unable to pick up a single victory. A poor week for them... they were either bettered by Stags, or unfortunate in the fact that if they did beat Stags score, the zombie characters tended to do even better to steal the win.
