Split across two evenings because of FA Cup games.

Home to Wigan for us. We'll bring most of our players back after resting them for the Plymouth game.

The long trip to Home Park for us. We do occasionally get something there, but not that often.

Two injuries I think - loanee goalie Gavin Bazunu broke a finger on international duty so Jay Lynch should deputise, whilst Paul McShane has been out for a few weeks so Haydon Roberts should continue in defence. The return to fitness of Steve Humphrys and Kwadwo Baah gives more options up front.

Possible team:, Lynch, McLaughlin, O'Connell, Roberts, Boli, Morley, Lund, Newby, Rathbone, Humphrys, Beesley. Subs Chalton, Keohane, McNulty, Ryan, Brierley, Done, Tavares.

Still got over half our first XI out injured - plus 2 more from Saturday. We’re a pale shadow of last season’s team and under Sheridan I’d imagine we’ll continue to be ‘pragmatic’ in our approach. Be chalk and cheese v Crewe tomorrow.

With the club looking likely to be sold in the near future his only task is to keep us in L1 so any new owner can appoint their own man without compo being a problem.

Not a brilliant performance while beating Oxford - who were dreadful - but we dug it out with a CB playing striker! Maybe start that way tomorrow, who knows. Down to whoever is fit I suppose.

Hopefully our RB and Captain Perry Ng is nowhere near the team tomorrow. He spat all over Wade Elliot, Cheltenham’s assistant manager, after the final whistle. Artell has bizarrely defended him, despite there being very clear video evidence. Seems to be a bit of an issue with Crewe, people are so biased they can’t see what’s right in front of their eyes.

Can/are any of the games on Wednesday in front of 2,000 fans.

Mayor did not play Saturday, sounded like a sickness as he was having trouble keeping things down. So must be a bit doubtful, moreover Reeves his substitute scored a cracker.

We have been handed a good lesson by some of the top teams who have been able to nullify plan A, and make fewer errors. But hopefully we will bounce back. Jephcott has a knack of scoring. Each week his price tag goes up. Edwards is beginning to dominate and open up defences From right wing-back.

Hull away, The Snake has avoided the dogs abuse he would have got from the Donny fans, we have Gomes, John-Joules and Richards back with hopefully Taylor back for the bench. I expect it to be a backs to the wall performance and hopefully we can hit them on the break.

I’d 100% drop him. He’s not even been that great this season bar the Peterborough game. Give Johnson the chance.

As for the game I’m not confident at all we seem to sleepwalk our way to 1-0 defeats. Got a feeling it will mirror the Gillingham game, lots of possession a few chances and a sucker punch.

Crewe 0-1 Swindon

Luckily I won't be watching tomorrow's game, but, given Sheridan has history absolutely shithousing us, it's definitely going the same way as the Gillingham game the other week.

Give Travis a go tomorrow, hope he has a great game. Embarrassed with Ng's antics, it's inexcusable to do that in normal times, even worse to do so in a pandemic.

Just another month to go till we can finally sign another forward.

Pragmatic approach will be more than enough to beat us at the moment. We’ve completely stalled and look absolutely lost on the pitch.

I’ve won an Ifollow pass so will be watching tonight. As always I’m pessimistic and predict a 2-0 defeat.

From what I can glean from this forum Crewe at times have played some sparkling football this season but probably have less points than they have earned. We haven’t been absolutely awful but our keeper and defence has given away ridiculous goals, yet we find ourselves level on points with Crewe.

I saw both games last season and Crewe absolutely played us off the park at Gresty Road. Sounds like they are not clicking at the moment which is good for us, surprised to read Ng hasn’t been so good this season, was fantastic last.

No idea what ‘style’ we will he adapting tonight, I think Sheridan is still tinkering a little but he seems to have been able to get points on the board without us playing well, which was exactly what we need down at the bottom.

Wangled a ticket, eh?

Yeah, missed out in the ballot yesterday but there were a few hundred not redeemed so made available again for season ticket holders.

Average age of our first team could be as low as 21/22 tonight.

12 senior, and arguably 11 of them starters, all injured. Crisis is an understatement.

Will be tough tonight. Dobra league debut though, he'll cause Oxford issues.

Two words should give you a lot of confidence. Olly Lancashire. Also we’ve bizzarly benched Kirk tonight. On the plus side Mandron and Beckles are back but only on the bench.

We are going with centre back Tom Broadbent up front again. Unsure about this.

Exactly the same starting 11 and bench as Saturday. No sign of Mayor, so we may struggle to get it up the pitch. George Cooper’s radar was off last match so hopefully they have twiddled with his dials, and he is more incisive tonight.

The best defence in the league to the worst defence in the league in the space of three matches. Quite an achievement.

Just as well we are worse at the back! And now with a Centre back and a winger up front. Our injuries are killing us.

Other than Lincoln getting the win, has been a good night for us.

Be even better if Northampton can hold on.

Swindon’s 2nd half was terrible. We literally could have scored 10 in that second half. Poor Caddis was ripped to pieces by Powell.

Yeah I feared you were going to score 6 or 7 in the end. Horrible second half against a good side. Fair play you looked head and shoulders better than us. As always a good footballing side Crewe.

I was not happy with the team, but held off from criticising the selection for fear of it biting me in the arse. I think I even said I would take Powell off after about 20 mins. Absolutely over the moon with Powell’s 2nd half performance. Granted, Caddis was given no protection whatsoever (I really felt for him because it was shocking how they set up down the right 2nd half).
Also delighted with Lowery 2nd half. His best performance of the season. Shut Mcgarry and Morse up.
Mandron is our best CF by a mile. So much better than Porter. Porter isn’t up to it any more. That’s not his fault, just Father Time catching up.

Overall, happy with that. We were sparkling 2nd half. Also, I thought IndianDan was being a bit melodramatic with his assessments thus far. Got to apologise to him, he was absolutely spot on with his criticisms of Swindon. They will do well to stay up this season.

Well, I don't think either keeper had a save to make before Wigan scored with pretty much their only shot of the night, via a big deflection that wrong-footed our keeper. That proved to be the kick up the arse we needed, and there was pretty much only one team ever going to win it from then on. Wigan's time wasting came back to haunt them.

For pretty much the last three games we've not been great, and we've got seven points. That's promotion form, especially since nobody else seems to want it.
