I won't do a full spectacular as there are only four matches, we can leave that for the weekend.

Aldershot vs. Kidderminster
Chester vs. Lincoln
Dover vs. Wrexham
Southport vs. Braintree

Subplots:
  • Will Andy Scott perform a modern miracle and win a game of association football?
  • Will Lincoln break the undying chain of fate and win an away match that they're supposed to win?
  • Will Dover stay unbeaten for the next millennia and flog the opposition off their cliffs like your everyday gherkin?
  • Will anyone stay awake for Southport vs. Braintree?

Answers on a postcard please.

With love,
Crazy x.

Oh god, this is going to end badly. Played 45 minutes with ten men and another of our midfielders out. Evans left on crutches yesterday so I hope at least he isn't out for too long.

Jennings being out as well leaves us very short in terms of width play, so I'm just hoping he sticks five men in midfield and we can finally control the middle of the pitch. Of course just the matter of getting five players for those positions.

Can't see us winning another away game this season, probably a 4-4 draw or something.

We could go 5th if we win! What's all that about?!

Need to start picking up results away, particularly when our performances, on the whole, haven't been *that* bad.

We really need to sort out this away form to have any chance of getting into the play offs, sadly I can't see it starting this week. A draw or narrow defeat for us if the game is on of course.

If Southport can add another couple to the two that are already suspended for our game on Saturday, then I would be grateful. [Insert thumb up smiley]

Well screw you guys and your typical Lincolnite pessimism, I think we'll win.

Vulnerable areas of the pitch covered today ahead of Tuesday, thin layer of snow fell this morning.

Lee Hughes, with some decent food inside him at his new club, scores a hat-trick?

With only needing probably 3 more wins for safety this season im hoping Southport will be 1 of them. Our record against them isnt too bad either. P7 W4 D1 L2
A win will ease the worry of looking over our shoulders but realistically cant see us dropping into that area. Dreary bottom half finish to look forward to I think

We need a league win at home, last one was early December (though we have only had 2 home league games since then.)

Lets hope so.

As for our game Aldershot are currently without a win at home for a few games now so hoping we can take advantage of that but can only see it happening if Marvin Johnson is on form

God knows what's going to happen, a couple of the new lads looked ok on Saturday, but the atmosphere at the Rec. is toxic at the moment with the talk of protests, walkouts, stay-outs etc. so it will be interesting what they make of that. Still, with that said, I still think we'll scrape a win and keep TFG in a job a while longer.

Dover are nailed on here. Weirdly, it may work to our advantage. Then again, we are abysmal in the league.

2-0 tut Dover.

With all the plans for fans protests during and after the game. Its all set up for a raggy arse 1-0 win with the goal going in off Williams' backside.

As has been the case all season, if we score first we'll probably get something. If Kidderminster score first its effectively game over!

*tomorrow, though I wish the week was going that quickly!

Saturday isn't quite as critical for our situation as tomorrow night anyway, we simply have to go to places like Chester and win if we're serious about sticking with the pack. Every Lincoln fan would snap your hands off for a point come Saturday regardless, I'm not optimistic.

Dover look great for another win. Especially after a rough weekend for Wrexham. Evans and Jennings are pretty important aren't they?

Evans and Jennings are quite important. We'll probably see a change to the formation with both of those out.

Chester's covers are coming off at 12pm, so I imagine we'll have an update between 12.30pm and 1pm.
