1-0 win over Hereford. The main talking point surrounds the visitors having a man sent off in the 15th minute for bringing down Matty Whichelow as the last man. It looked clear as day in real time but on video replay it looks like Whichelow takes a couple of steps before falling over.

That said we had a couple of guilt-edged chances to kill the game off in the 1st half which never came. Hereford pressed in the 2nd half but I don't recall Jonathan North having a meaningful save to make.

Hopefully a trip up north in the last 16 - either of the Cumbria teams, Spennymoor, Harrogate, Warrington or Kidderminster/Stockport in an ideal scenario.

Why didn't Gateshead and Borehamwood agree to finish the tie on the day, instead of forcing Gateshead to now travel midweek for a pointless replay?

Oh wait....a draw would have meant a match at Borehamwood where they can fleece the 4 away fans who actually go to it. Nothing to see here.

Second time we've played away from home and our opponents play the game like a cup final and we just about scrap home. Alot of our players really laboured today and didn't look like they were too bothered, the two loanees we signed had poor games and didn't really stake a claim for a starting spot.

Extra time was too much for Bogner in the end, they really laboured through it and we should've won at least 3-1.

Shout out to the Bogner player who scored, as good a strike as you will see all season, an absolute screamer.

We badly need a home draw in the next round if we want to progress, because eventually one of the stronger sides in the leagues below us will beat us on their own patch because they raise their game when we come to town.

Well that's an incentive to lose tomorrow night if there ever was one.

A chance to get revenge for the thrashing if it's Boreham, definitely winnable.

We love shit third round draws. Not usually in the FA Trophy, granted.

I think it's a great tie! Not been to the Crabble and it looks a proper old school ground. Another easy to get to away day by the seaside, with plenty of decent pubs and a fish and chip supper.

I don't think you'll ever stop with the unceasing negativity until we're top of the premier league at Christmas with 16 games in hand - and even then you'll moan that our midweek champions league tie at home to Barcelona got moved to a Wednesday to allow for the game to be televised.

Should we progress tomorrow, it's another winnable tie. Not keen on going to Wealdstone again though!

You think an away game against a better side than us at a dive of a ground in a town that makes Southend look like Monte Carlo which we have to visit this season anyway is a good draw? Let’s file you under “easily pleased” and leave it at that.

It's the FA trophy mate, not really sure what you were expecting.

Also the Crabble is a solid, fairly unique ground overlooking a picturesque valley which will provide a neat distraction from the football.

Nothing wrong with being easily pleased as an Os fan - I would know no joy if I was a picky viewer. I guess I just don't understand your appetite for complaining at every given turn.

Barrow away two weeks in a row potentially

How serious do you think Sutton are about this competition? We've struggled pretty much every season since we won it in 2010, despite almost always picking a full-strength side.

Got to get past Brackley tomorrow night first.

I'm just hoping Gateshead win their replay.
Really don't fancy watching us get getting bummed at home again by Boreham bloody Wood.

We are very serious about the Trophy. We put out a very strong side on Saturday.

I think we're in it to win it this season (or at least get to the semi-final). We played a very strong team on Saturday

I can see us winning one of the two home games vs Sutton and losing the other - just because of our ridiculous inconsistency this season.

If you could win the league game it would be well received from a number of sides.

Gary Roberts sent off after 9 mins of his debut for Chester. Great signing.
Won't surprise anyone that! Seen the below and do think it's really harsh though to be fair. (34m57s in)

A home draw for once? An interesting tie against some Northern team we’ve never played in our history and probably won’t ever have the chance to again? Only about 28 better ties available, I suppose.

Also the Crabble is a solid, fairly unique ground overlooking a picturesque valley which will provide a neat distraction from the football.

You’ve not been there. Where did you C&P the description from? The town itself is also utterly vulgar.

Nothing wrong with being easily pleased as an Os fan - I would know no joy if I was a picky viewer. I guess I just don't understand your appetite for complaining at every given turn.

Nothing wrong with being a realist either. I don’t necessarily enjoy being critical, but I say it as I see it and there’s plenty to have been negative about over the past few years. I’ll be happy enough if Edinburgh keeps us up.

I don't know about Stockport, but I've been in Manchester all day and its hailed for a bit this afternoon but nothing else. I think the game will go ahead just fine, though it will be bloody cold.

Edit: However, you may want to factor into account that I've obviously just gone and jinxed it.

It's a winnable tie for us too - whether it's Warrington or Ebbsfleet. We've played Fleet enough times these past few years. You can crack on with moving up the league, we can have Warrington in the Trophy. ;)
