Yes, haven’t said otherwise. :err:

If that’s what you took from my comment, you’ve completely missed the point.

Apologies then. I personally think you can stay up, your board are a disgrace though, I bet farke is livid. Theres not much in it really for about 11 or 12 teams.

I'm sure they think he'll be Guardiola-lite, the problem is that even the real Guardiola probably couldn't sort this Arsenal team out, especially when they probably won't invest that heavily.

Owners are just completely rinsing the fans, 3rd biggest club in the country by a mile and they know it so they just keep taking the millions and millions coming in, Gonna take a lot of years rebuilding for the ars.

Well, with Ben Godfrey out for six weeks, our only fit centre backs are Zimmermann and Hanley, the latter of whom doesn't even come close to being Premier League standard. Even if we up our game (as we seem to do against the top sides, for whatever reason), Wolves will have a field day against Hanley.

I'll be seriously annoyed if we don't urgently sign a CB in the January window, as we can't constantly be one injury away from having to play our midfielders in defence.

Were all going on a European tour. At not one point did Brighton look remotely close to scoring or creating any pressure at all. Mcgoldrick missed an incredible open net after doing all the hard work again, the first var disallowed goal is just pathetic , new hand ball rule is beyond embarrassing, it was going in anyway. No arguments with the other he was well offside. FUCK VAR utb.

Biggest threat to Sheff U ATM is VAR!

We need snookers!

Villa will be disappointed to be bottom 3 having spent quite a bit in the summer.

It's just groundhog day for us at this point, making the same mistakes over and over and over again and never looking like being able to change it.

The predictability of it means it's barely even disappointing anymore.

A pretty unique last 10 years though, I guess.

Promoted to Premier League by finishing 1st (2018–19), 2nd (2010–11) and 3rd via play-offs (2014–15).
Relegated from Premier League finishing 18th (2013–14), 19th (2015–16) and 20th* (2019–20)

*unconfirmed but inevitable

I've not seen that much of you but what I have you shouldn't be bottom, obviously scoring has been a very bad problem, your the only team that should have beat us in any of our away games, our keeper and your finishing stopped that. Be a good game on thursday, obviously pearson being a Wednesday man adds a bit too it as well. Full sell out in the home ends for only the 2nd time this season too, I guess you should bring a few more after today.

Maybe - probably not a full allocation but confidence will be boosted.

But then Wilder won't let you guys sleep walk through the game like Man U did .

Only scoring 11 goals sums our problems up - the defence is fairly solid but has its moments!

Imagine telling Sheff Utd and Wolves fans of 6 years ago in the L1 days that by the end of the decade we'd be 5th and 6th in the Premier League, and into the knockout stages of European competition... Had worse days supporting the club I suppose...

Your 100% staying there though and be challenging for more. I've said that from the minute you went up. If we can recruit wisely, no reason we cant maintain a top half finish. We do have a few positions where if injury struck we dont have the back up so obviously that needs addressing. Weve both got city and liverpool to contend with too by nyd, both away for us so that's gonna take some effort from us to get any points.

Players don't even care anymore based on that second half showing, so why should anyone else?

We might steal a point but not great results elsewhere.

Foster has been good on recent weeks.

Defence seems solid but we do need better in attack - Liverpool game apart we haven't had enough efforts to score to win games.

Villa and Wolves must win - probably won't get 6 points though!

Well done Wolves - great comeback.

Shame the decisions in the first half will probably be the main talking point which kind of sums up VAR a bit.

Creating more debate and discussion than before!

Just all seemed to be a bit petty with that penalty stuff (I mean every penalty probably has someone encroaching!) and as usual a player makes the most of a slight touch.

Just shows what you can do with good business in the transfer market and keeping players fit - something we have failed to do over the past year!

Fitness has been the real game changer for us. We have the smallest squad in the league and have used the 2nd least amount of players (to Burnley)... All this whilst playing 32 games (everyone else has played 20-22). Huge credit to the backroom staff and the facilities.

Thought wed used the least, might be wrong. You might have a small squad but theres some absolute top talent in there, top 4 challenge next year for sure
