Our pre season as follows.
West Ham U’23 3-2 Cambridge United
MK Dons 2-2 Cambridge United
Gillingham 0-0 Cambridge United
Cambridge United 1-0 Ipswich

I’m sure we’ll use the cup game away to Birmingham as a fitness game too.

Beat Bishops Stortford 1-0, Shaq Coulthirst scoring the only goal.

Good to be back at a game again, around 300 people in attendance. The game itself was pretty non eventful.

Our first half team consisted of first team players, a youth player and two trialists who were Shaq Coulthirst and Rakish Bingham......................

The second half the youth player, two trialists and our backup keeper stayed and the rest were replaced by various youth team players.

Yep, no more friendlies for us now. 90% of the team which played on Saturday against Gillingham is the team which will start against your lot next week.

We've got a practice match today against Blackburn Rovers - most likely their U-23 side as we always play them. I'd imagine the ex Scunthorpe pair of Junior Brown and Kgosi Ntlhe will get a run out again (they both played Saturday) before we make a decision on them.

Just finished against Swansea, lost 2-1, sounded like a decent workout against a fullish strength Swansea first half at least. Kane Wilson got our goal.

lost 4-0 against what was meant to be a Blackburn u-23 side, but as their 1st team game was off they played mainly by their 1st team squad instead.

Our pre-season games finished today, we played two games against Ipswich and Peterborough a couple of hours apart. We've played an entire pre-season without a centre-forward, Luke Norris is the only one we have on the books and he's injured so Jevani Brown has played as a false nine... the goals for column has been prolific, then.
