Couldn't wait to get us back on, could they?

Also, they've really gone big with those October fixtures.

Saw we was on and thought about getting BT sport, then saw the other fixtures and realised I will just find a stream for our game instead!

Anyone know the rules for streaming during a normal season down here? One thing ifollow did good was the overseas pass so I could watch every game home and away for £120

Remember that all teams are entitled to two games per season minimum, so some of the TV games are always going to be unattractive picks.

From a fan point of view I suspect that many of us will consider it to be an obligation rather than an entitlement.

Seems Stockport have cried about kicking off an entire 2hours after us at Southend so our Bank Holiday Monday game has been moved to a Tuesday night, rather convenient for them…

Fucking hell what a load of shite. They've probably lost themselves somewhere in the region of 500 to 1000 away fans worth of revenue there. Was looking forward to that, probably won't go now. Suspect that's the same for a lot of Town fans. Really hope we batter them now, quisling snivellers.

It’s fair to say that some of our fans on Twitter have been TRIGGERED by this news.

Scarcely credible excuse - must be on police advice. One of our best and easiest away trips, potential 6-7k crowd down to 4 - 5k - especially if both clubs had good starts.

I know this is for the most part a friendly board but your comments are way out of order. Get real we would get back to Stockport in the early hours of Sunday morning and then be expected to play the following day. As for your hoards of fans that were going to come over well all I can ask is where they've been at past games - oh and I freely admit that Cleethorpes away hasn't been on the top of our list of away games to go to either.

Grimsby are ripping up the Brotherhood charter and going after EVERYONE, the Wrexham BEEF is ticking away nicely and already starting a fresh ding dong with Stockport.

Watch out Chesterfield!!

Okay so if you'd have got back to Stockport at 10pm instead of midnight had you kicked off at 3pm on the Saturday then you'd be ready to go? Give over

First away match up north, could have quite conceivably been a four figure following on a bank holiday Monday. Will probably be a few hundred now. We've got you on Good Friday at BP in April, let's get that moved to the Thursday I say. Already getting Conferenced out of the title and the season hasn't even started.

As the Wrexham fan says, teams already running scared of the famous Grimsby away support. Obviously joking with that last comment.

Chesterfield relations are good right now, however fully expecting Gav Gunning to throw a grenade into that at some point.

I can't help thinking the Chesterfield experiment will end with James Rowe having a big fist fight with all his players, as ODL watches from the stands, tears streaming down his ruddy cheeks.

Stockport County.
I know the PFA are adamant in saying players need at least 48 hours rest between the games. That might not cover this level though.

There was a time where we'd have put crowd £££ before the team having the best chance to win. Not now. With a supporters hat on, I can see the frustration but the fixture list did strike me as very tight turnaround coming back from Southend evening game and playing Grimsby less than 48 hours later. So early in the season too where people are getting up to sharpness.

This season is going to be an absolute cracker.
Glad we got out now.

The level of competition is so good now its going to be a real real slog
And mental Strength and Physical Strength is going to be all important.

Grimsby have been here before so have an idea what its all about
But beware Grimsby fans the standard now is far higher than when you were here before.

Southend, hope you don,t start life here like we did.
We didn,t know what hit us.

All the best to you all, And Enjoy every min of it.

PS: Dark Horse: Woking.
