You really think a multi billion pound company have a grudge against…Halifax? And tailor their tv coverage as a result?
I really think they've given us an embarrassing amount of coverage over the last couple of years. As I've said watch the goals show. We drew at Bromley on Saturday. Yet watching that you'd think Bromley were playing themselves.

B2TF has afflicted BT as well, even they want nothing to do with Halifax.

Chesterfield v Notts rearranged for Tuesday Dec 21 and on TV. There goes the big gate!

Hope it gets frozen off.

Lots of festive cheer will be in the air that evening I’m sure.

We are on tv again finally. Away again though. 4 of our 5 tv games in the last 2 seasons have been away.

Can't believe the BT bigwigs finally threw you a few crumbs despite their sheer hatred of your club, how does it feel?

I like this conspiracy and I'm going to continue to broadcast it. The current production manager for BT sport National League coverage is one Laura Beck. I have it on good authority she once had a traumatic experience as a child at Eureka and now cannot hear the word Halifax without suffering from a nervous tick, hence her disdain for featuring them on live television.
I also believe if you set up sensitive sound recording equipment you'll find every time Halifax is said on the highlights show the sound level drops 25 decibels. Coincidence? I think not.
I think it's cool that you can name a tourist attraction in our town. Can you name any others? What's the name of the tallest folly in the world? That's in our town too. What's the name of the UKs only remaining pre-industrial cloth hall, now a world renowned tourist attraction and fast becoming a music venue of choice? That's in our town also. How about the ancestral home of a 19th century diarist and modern LGBT icon and consequently a place of pilgrimage for friends of Dorothy from all over the world? Yup, we got that too. The cafe were Daniel DeFoe is said to have begun writing Robinson Crusoe? Uh-uh. The prototype for the French Revolution's guillotine? Oh we'd been using that for hundreds of years before they took up the idea. There's a replica just outside the town centre, on its original site. We've also got a stadium that sounds like one the most famous band in the history of the world once played in, but they didn't. I couldn't name a single one in Aldershot, but hey, we're famous, you're not. Sorry. :woot:

Feels like an after thought. Notice how they chose the game against Grimsby when we were away and not the one when we were at home.

Laugh all you want. Certain teams in this league get picked far more than others. I just think we've deserved more coverage than we have been given this last 2 or 3 seasons.

I’ve a feeling BT Sport punters might be a little annoyed when they cancel Liverpool v Leeds at 12:30pm in place of Halifax v Grimsby at 1pm

Gone from a cracking Saturday away day in a couple of weeks with a huge home/away support to four days before Christmas on a freezing cold Tuesday night on TV. Bah Humbug!

I battled manly to get a Christmas piss up arranged for the Sunday because I thought we were playing Chesterfield on the Saturday and now not only are we not playing Chesterfield on the Saturday but we might well be playing on the Sunday instead. Not only that, but our biggest away game of the season is on a Tuesday 4 days before Christmas, on the telly.

Fuck off.

If you get relegated to national south you won’t have these problems.

Or do a Dover and stop playing.

Well that'll just kill the away support, they'd normally have brought 8 on a Tuesday night!

They've finally picked a game where we are home. Think I need a lie down.

Eastleigh vs Chesterfield is on TV but Chelsea vs Chesterfield isn’t. Make it make sense.

You know, Aldershot must have the most Tin Pot stadium of any of the Brotherhood. For a team that's spent decades in the Football League, your ground just LOOKS like a non league ground. I'm sure a time traveller from the 70s would struggle to identify any development of the ground. Odd when you consider the transformation of the old Shay, which was in a league all of its own back then, into the football cathedral it has become. :ds:

That's 3 games for Chesterfield in just over a month. BT have picked their champions then. Trophy presentation at the Technique Stadium has already been scheduled.
