Covolan leaves Torquay
Shouldn't think he'll be the last. Whitfield and Cameron will both be looking to move up to the EFL.

These players have been released today:

Billy Waters
Josh Umerah
JJ Evans
Owen Price
Liam Davis
Andrew Nelson
Matt Buse
Gary Warren

Evans and Price were first year pros who never made an appearance, Buse is at best NLS quality. I thought Waters showed glimpses of something but not often enough. Warren is ancient and always injured. Nelson signed in the summer and never played a minute as he was injured for the entire season. Sad to see Liam Davis go, he was absolute quality at left back and too good for this league in my eyes but he's been injured for two years (not played a game since November 2019) so not a real surprise. Umerah is simply a dreadful footballer.

I think Lemonheigh-Evans and Joe Lewis are under contract (club never release the details of contract lengths so it's just guesswork) but the rest have been offered new deals.

Well the start of another week and at this point the clubs either withholding information to piss us off or we are about to find out we need a complete overhaul like last season. We may have moved to being fully full time but sometimes we are so amateur.
? WTF are you talking about? 5 players were out of contract, 2 have signed, 2 have left, 1 hasn't made his mind up. Wild already knows who he wants to replace them and also knows who he wants if he can't get them. Everybody else is on a contract.

This has all been published by the club.

CLOWN! :ds:

If the rumour of Hyde going to Southend is on the mark then it’s going to be another complete rebuild. We must be the worst club for squad stability in our league, lose all our best players every season for free/peanuts and cobble up a new team at the last minute. Infuriating.
There is NO rumour. It's been reported on Twitter that Southend are "interested". Well who wouldn't be? He's under contract, if they want him it will cost them. Hardly "Hyde going to Southend", is it.

CLOWN!

These 2 just spout the same shit here they come out with on our forum. They know fuck all. :fl:

What an utterly charming person you are, adding so much weight to a debate.
Perhaps it would be an idea if you started a little forum of your own.

Connell Rawlinson our latest to sign a new deal. Had a poor run of form late season after we switched to three at the back, but I think that was due to being shifted into one of the wider centre back roles to accommodate Ellis in the centre. I think he’s a better defender than Ellis (won’t score as many goals mind), so hopefully plays that position from now on.

Expect he’ll be made the new captain as well.

Jayden Harris signs for Aldershot, had been on loan at Woking I believe. We thought we had him signed and delivered but ‘shots blew us out of the water financially.

Suggestions that Aston Oxborough of Norwich , who had a loan spell at Wealdstone when we won NLS, is heading to Southend on loan. Decent keeper.

Two year deal and full time football, two things we can’t offer.

Edit: Michael Phillips who was on our retained list has gone.

Awful you say? Well I look forward to reading about his signing at Halifax tomorrow morning then. Can he play wing back. All ours are at Chesterfield or in Dubai

Promising young keeper, but has fallen down our pecking order a bit with the emergence of Dan Barden and Archie Mair and after missing most of last season after rupturing his Achilles. A loan to Southend is probably a decent move for him to try and get back into shape, but if we're loaning him to this level again I don't expect he'll stay with us much longer and will probably get a permanent move to this level or League 2 (he had been set to join Salford on loan last season before getting injured) in the near future.

Maidenhead are losing all their best players.

Coley

We have managed to secure Barratt but not much else positive to report.

Kane Ferdinand in from Woking.

Anyone got any thoughts on him?

Are Maidenhead still part time? We are full time and also losing our best players so clearly a budget thing.

Ive seen Ferdinand a few times and always liked the look of him against us.

Did you get a fee for Orsi or was he out of contract?

Our new manager will be announced next week sometime, hopefully with an influx of new players to follow. Nearly July and not a single new signing from us yet, altgough all except Pearson signed up

We will probably be looking at 8 or 9 players to come in I reckon. 2 CB, another RB, 3 mids and 3 forwards

Where's Summerfield gone? Hyde? Green? Allen? Johnson? Senior? Byrne? Bradbury?

Again, just absolute fucking nonsense. :dk:
