Stockport County.
That happened to us at Bromley last season. There's a whole segment in the highlights where the post gets pushed back from one side early during the move when we were attacking and obviously never gets pushed back again until a. break in play. Literally could have cost us a goal. 3g pitches and those fucking roller nets are absolutely wank. I'd ban them from NL. It's 95% a professional league now.

Yeah that’s no worse down here I don’t think. But there’s a long list of things that are:
- Officiating is terrible
- Having to buy away tickets through opposition fans websites pisses me off, perhaps irrationally
- Opposition fans calling you arrogant just because you support a bigger team
- Uncovered terraces. Terrible for atmosphere, terrible in the pissing rain
- The standard of football in the lower half of the table is awful. I don’t buy this ‘National League is no worse than L2’ bollocks
- Opposition players celebrating in front of you like they’ve won the league when they score a goal
- Significantly more Tuesday nights (or at least it seems that way) because of the FA Trophy
- Every other away game is near London
- 3G pitches. At Bromley, someone leant on the post at a corner and the whole goal moved

I’m sure there’s more but there’s a few a reasons
The Tuesday night games are what stood out for me, we only had 12 of our 23 home league games on a Saturday in our first season. It was ridiculous.

How to escape relegation.

Crawley's run in. Last 12 games.

W5 D5 L2

The start we had under Kevin Betsy was W1 D3 L8. We were absolutely awful.

This was managed with our usual injury crisis (can it be a crisis if has continued through the season? 6th choice centre back played over the last few games). Extrapolate that to a season and it's play off form. After what went before that is astounding and outstanding.

It also shows how unlucky Pools were. We will possibly stay up by one point. I feel 42 points is usually enough to escape relegation but I don't want to look it up.

You silly sods Hartlepool and Rochdale. Why couldn't you have reached enough points to relegate Harrogate, Crawley or Colchester? Please come back as quickly as you can, we need Northern teams in Division 4 not Southerners (yes, I know where Harrogate is).

Or the Grimsby way in 17/18 - Went 20 games without a win W0 D6 L14
then picked up 13 points from our last 5 games to stay up, including away at Swindon where our attacker tripped over his own feet - and it was outside the box - and the ref gave us a pen for it and we won 1-0. :woot:

Harragit has never been northern, They don,t even know there is more than 1 political party.

Anyway yous can dump them next season, can,t see any of them improving, maybe colchester.

Harrogate had a Lib Dem MP for a spell, in the 90s and 00s.

Currently need at least a couple of teams to be worse off than TRFC or basket cases of some kind. Reckon Harrogate will do just enough to stay up again.

We haven't been in the bottom two all season but it's still a great relief to be staying up for another season. Will we go down next year, quite possibly but who knows? At the moment everything is a plus and we are just enjoying it while it lasts. We never thought we would get out of the NLN so it's all good.

I think once we drop we will continue through the NL back to the NLN.

With only a few players out of contract I can't see us improving a great deal but at the start of the season I did say we only needed a couple of players for a play off push.

I didn't envisage wagmi ripping the spine of the team out though (Keeper, cback, midfielder and forward plus the club captain).

I'm going to expect the worst and hope for the best.
