5457 sold now which is an incredible effort after the last 18 months, at last seasons level pretty much, after the hard work of increasing our support base by 1500-2000 into the last promotion season I thought we’d lose a lot of what we gained after last season but seems not.

Great going that , I really want to get to our away game there . It's one of a few grounds I haven't ever been to randomly ,it's right at the back end of the season .

Last time I went 5457 was the number of Police outside the ground. Never seen such a police present anywhere, football or otherwise!

Not sure who we were playing when you came but nowadays its not really like that at all, Carol and Kevin have done a lot of work from that end to make it more a family club and with the away end being opposite now there isn't really any flash points or mixing of home and away fans as away fans come from behind the training center rather than the front of the stadium so there isn't really any need for much police presence. Obviously get a few more say in L1 if playing Derby, Bolton or someone bringing 3000.

for context we've lost 23 games at home in the last two seasons (winning 14) and scoring just 50 goals.


credit to the owner for backing the manager and getting the fans back on side, but results must improve significantly.

They didn't say, it was mentioned in the fans forum, would assume so as its rare to sell over 1000 since the early pricing window closed I guess?
