Told you!

We were only annoyed because we can't sign a replacement and it left us a little light squadwise. There was no chance we'd have been trying to keep him when his loan was up, and he'd be easily 4th choice for us if he was still here, hes a lazy barsteward.

Good luck with your 2 year contract option.
Just scored an absolute worldie. Keep your eyes out for it on twitter

2-0 after a shocker from our keeper.

Chesterfield can fill their boots if they decide to really go for this.

Should be 3 as Asante cracks the post, Barnet all at sea in midfield, literally 0 protection for the back 4

We've been absolute dogshit this half, Woking should be winning this.

As with pretty much every game, we are just not at the same level as our opponent.

Chesterfield, much like Woking, Torquay and just about everyone else, rocks up and just completely dominates from start to finish.

Not yet managed a shot on target and it could easily have been yet another landslide defeat.

We score some ridiculous goals, two more absolute screamers today. It’s a good job because we create essentially nothing else, mind.

Barnet look really bad, exactly as their league position would suggest. Sad sight tbh. I thought a corner might have been turned last couple games but I guess I called this one completely wrong!
We've played decently though. The way we've played, with such urgency, I think Rowe must have really climbed into them on the week. Again though it has to be a slight concern from an attacking pov for us becuase on the balance of play we really should have at least 4 here. Need to be more clinical in the last 3rd

We did (apparently) look better than this against Bromley and Stockport but this has been completely abject

Our confidence is shot. When our captain blunders as badly as that for the 4th, you know heads are down across the board.

You guys regret letting Brennan go yet? I can't see how a long time assistant manager can be the guy to turn things around for you.

I only saw the highlights but we failed to beat 10-man Bromley and then Stockport had shed loads of chances although we did at least offer something in the second half.

I think a few people got a bit carried away with the change in style. We are a long way short in pretty much every department.

Our form was even worse under Brennan so no reason he would have picked up any more points.

I didn’t think we could get any worse than that performance at Darlington. Today was very close though.

How stupid do you have to be to get a straight red for serious foul play in the 92nd minute at 2-0 down?

Great decision by Flowers to give Richards-Everton a contract until 2023.

There’s the test for Sutton - how they react to something like that happening. 96th minute equaliser for Stockport.

Comfortable win for us really, although I still wouldn’t say we played well.

2-0 Win, complete performance really. Another exceptional performance from young Jack Clarke in the middle who has really started to look like a player these last couple of weeks

As others have said though, need to be more clinical at times but the positive is that we are creating the chances and on another day this could have been 4 or 5-0

Takes us up to 11th, 5 points off 7th with 2 games in hand

Sutton will win it comfortably. They outplayed us completely, by far the best team I've seen. They've got this level down to a tee. Direct, hard working, gamesmanship, ugly, plastic pitch, players who know their roles. We deserved nothing from it.

Thank feck for that.
First 30 minutes we played well & really should have been out of sight.
The second, until Shelton & Holohan came on,we were a complete shambles.
Tom White is a good player, but just too similar to Featherstone & just can't be shoehorned into the same midfield.Surely DC can see that now.
As for Luke Williams, the game just passed him by & his influence was minimal.
It was imperative we won today after a series of draws & we did, just.

Important three points mind, probably on balance it was deserved. No way we're winning the league but keeps us in contention when Sutton finally decide to pack up and take their ball home.

And normal order resumed. Awful performance. Two midgets up front, you’d think let’s play into their feet? Nope, let’s just lump it up to them against their giant centre backs all game.

As for the goal, completely school boy defending. Bradbury completely switched off on a ball over the top and Johnson somehow not saved it.

Thank god we don’t play midweek. We’ve looked absolutely knackered at times in the last 3 games and need all the rest we can get to recharge the batteries and get players fit for Sutton

3rd time this season we’ve dropped points with pretty much the last kick of the game. This is what happens when you don’t take your chances and then invite pressure at the end. I would have taken a draw before kickoff but now I feel gutted.

Yeah obvious he wasn't match sharp, didn't think he did much.

Agree on White & Featherstone, no way should they be in the same XI.

Sutton reckoned they're already making plans on their pitch etc. They'll take the FL Place.

I've said for a few weeks it's all about trying to get in a good moment for late May for us to see if we can find a stride. At the moment we look miles off it. No consistency in selection, consistency in performance in games etc. Shite really. A fair number of injuries too.

Going off the likes of Hartlepool, Wrexham, Notts County, Torquay they sound in similar boats. Results now almost seem futile. All about May.

Both got it spot on White and Featherstone can’t play together, they both do the same job and we look pedestrian for it.

Today wasn’t pretty but thank fuck we won.

Marvellous 2-0 win.

Have Yeovil furloughed all their players and not told anyone?

Absolutely not. Wasn't Currie a long time assistant manager? Seem to recall his promotion to manager went ok for you..

Recruitment in the summer killed us. We didnt strengthen. We've gone into this level with a NLS squad and suffering the consequences. I'm an eternal optimist and thought they'd be ok, but midfield in particular are way out of their depth in this division. Big rebuild ahead this summer and then we'll judge whether Maynard and Saunders are good enough.

I don't think you can write the championship off just yet. Nerves take hold, form dips, teams strengthen and get runs going right at the business end. Still time for one of the pack to get a really good fun going and for Sutton to hit a sticky patch.

Direct, hard running team today and solid at the back. Much better, hopefully they'll have the legs to do it all again on Tuesday for the away fixture.
