Hi Mate we don't use Ifollow but we do have our own streaming platform which I've always found pretty decent.

The link is here and shouldn't be much different to signing up with an IFollow type service.
Are you able to have your own streaming service because you weren't in the league at the start of the last deal, or because you've been in non-league in the interim. I didn't know that any league clubs could opt out of iFollow.

How much money do the club get from their own service? With iFollow, for foreign purchases it's 66% (I think), but after tax that ends up being about 50%.

Anyway, great that I can watch entire Stockport matches on your service. As it happens, I'm probably going to get my fill of Stockport tonight.
On that subject, the bookies have us (Bradford) as massive outsiders, which is a bit cheeky. Nearly 5-1 to win in some cases. I'm not saying this to encourage people to gamble, because Stockport are understandably favourites, but 5-1 is taking the mickey a bit.

Expecting a defeat tonight as we can only seem to beat the dross around us. Would snatch your hands off for a point tonight, especially with most of those around us not playing, put a bit of pressure on them,

Keep an unchanged side, make it ugly and shithouse our way through it!

Only 43 EFL clubs are in iFollow. 29 run their own services - mainly but not exclusively Championship level.

Mild weather and soft ground down here in London today, surprised our match got called off as early as it did. Almost 36 hours of temperatures above 0°C in the lead up to kickoff. Mind you, Whitehawk has theirs called off this morning as opposed to last night so perhaps it's thawed out down there. Frustrating as I was looking forward to it.

Think we're now going to be playing Saturday/Tuesday every week but four from here on out.

I thought everyone could opt out if they wanted to make their own streaming service?

Those odds are absolutely bonkers too, what's that all about? Stockport are improving but they've been fairly bang average for most of the season from what I've seen and Edgeley Park is hardly a fortress this season. I'm having a tenner on Bradford here, cheers for the headsup.

We've been the best team in the division since the 1st October tbf but I agree they seem strange odds, I've made a bit of money backing the opposition this season, especially early in the season when we were finding our feet. The bookies really rate us, apparently they go off data and XG and all that stuff and we're high on it all. I'm not convinced, just says to me we can't finish which isn't luck, it's the most sought after skill in football.

Worth a tenner on Bradford at those odds, I think it'll be a tight game.

A bit odd the Crawley v Grimsby game is off. I didn't have to scrape the car this morning and it's said to be mild all day.

We still haven't signed a keeper though...or a precaution to stop Grimsby fans traveling in vain.

By the way Casey, Nicholls has scored two in two since he came here and Morris hasn’t conceded a goal

A win against a poor Rochdale (who were the better side while it was 11v11) has raised the spirits among our lot, but I can see that being punctured somewhat tonight. Carlisle, alongside Stockport, are as good as I've seen at the Vic this season, and it's difficult to be sure just exactly what impact the new signings have made until we see them up against the better opposition that we will see tonight. My expectation is that we will lose by a couple of goals, with Carlisle comfortable throughout, and then we can move on to ColU on Saturday in the hope of seeing another new dawn. There have been so many false ones lately that we could hold our own Tony Orlando lookalike contest (ask your dad (to ask his dad))

Bratfud 'keeper gushing about Stockport County and his family links.

"Come and get me" plea? "Make my dream come true"? Not for me to say of course...
I think some of the proposed transfer fees suggested on this site are a wee bit high, but I don't think any L2 club could come within a mile of a fee for Lewis. He really is pretty good.
Amazing that a goalie could be that good and go completely unnoticed for so long, but it seems Hughes noticed him when he was his manager before. (years ago).
I've no idea how much Bradford would ask for him.
Tempting fate of course given that he'll probably have the odd thing to do in tonight's match.

Scrappy 1-1 draw tonight.

Umerah for Hartlepool.
Moxon with the equaliser in the second half.

Ahhh, thank you.

Play him up front and he will drop deep and cause problems. Play him deep and you'll get the player Gas had (and us for a long time).

Off the two Morris is the biggest mistake for us to let go.

Our game off tonight may have been able to be played but it would wreck the pitch for the rest of the season.

There isn't a club at this level who would even have a prayer of affording Lewis
He must've had an off day at Brunton Park. I don't like judging players on one viewing.

I called it to my Dad early that he looked uncomfortable on corners and that we'd have a great chance to score from one. A few corners later he flaps and we score.

Maybe the new boots he got for Christmas weren't worn in.

We’ve taken the view that L2 keepers won’t make much money so we’ll always go the loan route. We’ve had some cracking keepers that have been fantastic in L1 and L2 - Foddringham, Vigoroux we never got a penny for. Benda on loan from Swansea has struggled a bit in the Championship, Brynn at the moment is superb. Wollacott left to go to Charlton and is just OK there.

Being shit hot in L2 doesnt automatically get clubs offering big money.

I think it was Gent who spotted Lewis this summer, there’s a City Vent podcast with him where he fully explains the move. Either way, there’s no one outside the current L1 mega clubs or more realistically the Championship taking him next.

Not sure how you work that one out tbh, he kept us in the game otherwise it would have been far more than 1-0. The goal was on the defence falling asleep, something they have a habit of doing.

Curzon Ashton....and Carlisle
Hmm Carlisle going for same attack as last game, hope that is down to fitness because look at lone up and think it’s our usual very slow starters and will play right into Hartlepool hands until hopefully second half changes mix it up

Yeah, I think I remember the Carlisle match. Bradford were terrible, at least in the first half, and Lewis did look dodgy. I can't really judge goalies. When your defence are putting you under pressure, maybe it's hard to impress. What makes a good goalie? Fantastic saves, or doing everything consistently well? It's going back a month, but I would agree that was the least impressive I've seen Lewis, and the trouble with balls into the box does ring a bell, but really Lewis was the least of our problems that day.

Stockport with another chance. Bradford look pretty good until they get near Stockports goal.
