Luton have about 13 players out for today's game.* I've never known a 2 year period where there's been so much of this - it is incredible.

*Two of these were signed already injured for the record.

Matt Bloomfield's presser yesterday was frankly a joke. Full of one-word answers. The guy is clearly on edge.

Anyway, onto Donny.

Barnsley away today, return to the scene of probably our most humiliating day in L1 last time.

Expect DM will bring back in Byers, Cole and Garrity to start this one having all been on the bench for the Arsenal game. They’re clearly very decent under Hourihane so would be more than pleased if we can steal a point.

2-0 win will take that any day of the week especially with the quick turnaround from midweek.

Probably our best performance of the season that. Jordan Gabriel exceptional at RWB, Brown did a good job up top and felt George Byers kept things ticking over in midfield.

Well it wasn’t pretty, but Luton got the narrow 1-0 win over Doncaster this afternoon from a goal by Kal Naismith.

Luton dominated the first half and probably should’ve gone in more than a goal ahead after Nakhi Wells’ pen was impressively saved by Lawlor.

Donny came out far more aggressively in the second half, but became increasingly scrappy. Keeley wasn’t particularly tested.

The detractors won’t be completely happy but a win is a win. We now need to go on a run of unbeaten games.
