I don't know why people are complaining; our home record is always dreadful, so you have a great chance of getting three points from every visit.

I heard Dowell talking on the non league show last week about 3G.

“It must be good with all the revenue it brings in?”

“Well when you factor in paying for a 3G manager full time (lol) and floodlight costs it really doesn’t bring in much extra at all. It’s about ENGAGING WITH THE COMMUNITY”

Later in the interview:

“I’m saying it should be allowed in League Two. League One clubs don’t need it because they get £500k solidarity payment from the EFL. But League Two clubs only get £100k so need the extra revenue”

Makes no sense. But then again neither does him thinking he can pull off his haircut.
