Keep taking the piss out of him lads, best centre back in the division by a country mile and scores 10+ goals a season for good measure.

I'll eat my words. Described him as average at the start of the season. What a retarded comment that was.

Overall he's been class this season, and his attacking play has been superb.. but in that first half he made a huge cock up and if it wasn't for baker sliding across we would of been behind going into half time..

Great in the opposition box, distinctly average defender though.

Wouldn’t want him in our team. Would rather Egan and Bjelland/Barbet.

Wonder how many he'd get actually playing as a striker... his goal tonight and assist last time show his quality around the box

He' said improved a lot this season, and has become a threat going forwards again.
Defensively Baker and Wright would be a more solid pairing, but credit has to be given to Flint for his improvements.

Oh fuck off Magpie, he's a vastly superior DEFENDER than Egan.

He hasn't improved at all he was a rock last season. Magnusson was the weak link last season and I got slaughtered for saying as much on otib. No surprise how things have gone since.

Magpie bee in rubbishing everyone else's players and praising his own shocker.

Where are Brentford in the table with their world beaters :2thumb:

Haha lol. Bristol City fans in overreacting to everything shocker!

Happy for you to prove me wrong but I’m mostly quite complimentary about opposition players. Just not Flint!

Never been a fan of his, and we always seem to target him when we play you. As I’ve said before, he struggles a lot against teams that play with the ball on the ground (though there are surprisingly few of those in this league).

Anyway, what’s our position in the league got to do with it? Where did you finish last season when Flint was apparently so integral to your play?

I'm just on a wind up, the Flint debate has been done to death.

I think he can be got at defensively but his goal record is outstanding.

I'd say he's above average for the league when he has someone next to him who will organise the defence (Baker, Wright etc) but without them then he struggles a bit more.
