Surprised there wasn't already a thread for this game, but with only 3 points separating the two teams it should be a close one. Hopefully we don't play as bad as we did on Saturday otherwise I can see us losing this.

Hope Lewington joins us in the away end as well! :bg:

Think we will lose, not going as I think it will be too dangerous. I will go next season if it goes without incident, but I can't see that happening.

I actually think it will be alright. There will be a huge police presence who will be experienced in dealing with clubs with worse supporters than both our clubs.

I hope that's a joke. Not going to a football match in England because you think it's too dangerous. No seriously it was a joke wasn't it?

Been having a look through both teams forums, here is how I see it.
AFC Wimbledon fans are unhappy that ticketing restrictions put on them mean many fans who pay on the gate regularly cannot get a ticket & the club are refusing to back down, they are also annoyed that the game is being beamed back to MK.
MK fans have shifted about 300 tickets for the game & the majority of their fans are scared to go & get shouted at despite it being a bubble trip & its highly unlikely that any AFCW fans will get anywhere near to be able to give them a clip.
Personally I hope Wimbledon stuff them & MK's pathetic support get hounded all night.

Only benefit I can see about the majority of our fans choosing not to go is that the beam back has sold over 800 tickets at £10 each with all the money going to our club. Would have been good sell out the allocation, but oh well. I'll be there :bg:

Didn't realise it was a bubble trip that would be me not going. Fucking supporters coach to an away game , not a chance.

Beam back is minimum 5 grand fee.

It has always been but they have never been to us before. If it was not a bubble I can guarantee they would be attacked left right and centre. Just the way it is currently.

Going to answer my question ? Or are you one of these real ale, badge collecting Key board warriors ? If you're going to make a statement - grow some balls and answer it .........

Wow keep your hair on. OK I have read back and seen it. Mainly because I'd be surprised if an attempt was not made to throw objects at them. Not saying its big or clever just what I would expect.

So, You are expecting your lot to not be able to behave themselves then ? To be fair, I think your lot will. I'm looking forward to seeing what this hostile atmosphere will be like tbh.

If it was not a bubble then there would be trouble no doubt. As it is a bubble I still expect a few to be unable to hold back.
As for the atmosphere sound does hot travel well on our stadium so don't expect much

I've attended two of the fixtures at MK in the past (with Wimbledon supporting friends) basically they take considerable numbers of what some would see as risk element who get tanked up & make a bit of noise & fuss outside the ground but nothing really happens. MK fans seem to walk around with their heads down wishing they were somewhere else. That's my observations from the 1st meeting in the cup & the one in December.

I've never seen a match between the two clubs. I hope everyone behaves themselves - abuse excepted, I'll be joining in with that.

Nothing happens basically because MK have nothing to offer in return I guess. This is their first visit to us though

The restrictions will make it sterile, the two sets won't be anywhere near each other. Having "you franchise bastards" chanted at you for an hour & a half is a hostile as it will get. Shame really, could have been quite & feisty, entertaining one.

Jesus wept, are you a five year old?

No he's not, and I'm sure I don't need to answer for him ....... however - he's a relatively young lad, who hasn't likely been put in a position before where direct aggression will be aimed at him, it's not something that plenty of people would be comfortable with - and fair play to him for having the balls and honesty to be upfront about it.

As stated previously, atmosphere doesn't travel in the ground so don't expect it to be any different tomorrow. Lots of boo'ing / shouting in the beginning then it'll go quiet once everyone needs to take a breath.

Match will be nothing to shout about. We'll try to play free-flowing football on a bumpy pitch, and as normal play the pass once too many and lose possession.

Cheers Woburn, I'll be honest I don't want to sit on the coach with nowhere to go as the Windows get bricked. Talk on AFC forum is more than enough to put me off going.

Talk's cheap mate, when it comes to it I bet there'll be little in the way of crowd trouble. The police will be out in numbers.
