Chargers once again are the dumbest good team in football. Why the fuck would Staley do that????

Think it’s an awesome achievement for the Steelers to make it.

Stagat pride_of_notts See you next Saturday in Buffalo for round 3. Not sure how I feel about this game other than happy we are in the post season again. Be remiss of me not to say congrats on the divisional title though.

One last ride for Big Ben it will be interesting to see how they do against the Chiefs I feel they are up against it all a question how much they can slow down KC.

On our game I think weather conditions will be critical as long as it's not blowing a hurricane I will be confident we can beat the Pats But i will agree with you Pats making the post season is a massive success and a lot of credit has to be given to BB for the coaching job he has done in that regard.

The team's getting blown out again in Kansas City next week but I think it's hilarious that the Steelers have managed to sneak into the playoffs. There can't be many worse teams that have made it in before, perhaps the Football Team from last year?

Thank you Jacksonville, Brandon Staley and Daniel Carlson.

Have to say the coaching job Tomlin has done with a team whose QB has seen better days and a turnstile O-Line is probably his finest work and I'm even including his Super Bowl wins. You'd expect the Chiefs to win this comfortably but a one-off game where you are literally playing with house money is a dangerous prospect.

Staley should have some serious questions to answer for that timeout last night. Maybe I'm just too much of a luddite but he is the poster boy for putting everything into what a spreadsheet tells him to do and not recognising the flow of the game or situation.

Zimmer now fired by the Vikes. Think that was always on the cards as seemed to have gone stale there the last couple of years. I wonder with them though at some point do they ask the question if Cousins can be the guy for them. Problem with QB's like him and with his cap hit is he will probably never be good enough to win a championship but always good enough to have you as a wildcard contender.

Yeah Vikings look like they have cleared out with the GM going also and no surprise Bears have fired Nagy as well.

Brian Flores is gone from Miami which is one which I did not see coming. Dolphins ownership really do have a habit of sticking their nose in when they really shouldn't.

Thing with firing Nagy is that’s all fine and good but given his constant missteps previously do you really want Ryan Pace being the man to make that appointment? It truly is incredible how he has kept his job this long.

This. Nagy's coaching has left a lot to be desired and he deserves to be fired but Ryan Pace is nearly as incompetent as Ryan Grigson was as GM. At least they've seen sense and fired him too.

That Pace has gone makes that more palatable to me now. It would have been ridiculous if he stuck around.

Flores going is the best thing that can happen for him. His results there have masked the failings of that organisation in the front office. See the Deshaun Watson charade earlier this season. I would have him back in NE today as our DC. Suspect with him we might well see him link up with Caserio in Houston. Meanwhile Joe Judge is somehow going to keep his job in NY.....

But to be serious for a sec kieran_vale I'm not sure how I feel either. As pride_of_notts said our options were you or the Chargers and he would have preferred the Chargers. I dunno about that. I'd rather be up against McCorkle than Herbert. The thing about playing the Patriots though is that it's the Patriots and we're the Bills and it'd be hugely painful yet perhaps no real surprise whatsoever to lose to the Patriots in the playoffs.

Obvs I'd rather be playing the Steelers or the Raiders more than you. I'd rather be playing either of them than I would the Colts or Chargers tbh and neither of those pair even made it. I can't believe the Steelers and Raiders both made did btw. Especially the Raiders after that huge losing streak they went on midseason. Congrats to Aberstone for Pittsburgh doing it though.

To sum up Kieran, I dunno mate. I'm nervous about the game, that is for sure. Could go either way. And that's not just some any given Sunday thing. You really could stifle us like you did in our first game and deserve to win. Not beyond the realms of possibility at all, that.

Raiders Offense has not been very good but a strong end to the half also I think it's wild Bengals last Playoff win predates the text message.

Excellent 1st half absolutely annihilated Pats D in the 1st half and we have contained the Pats offense really well.

I'm counting no chickens but I'm not unhappy with that halftime score. Glad we missed an extra point so it's only 27-3 an all.

Well I felt bad that Hyde didn't go on and get a kick return TD, he was unlucky to trip over his own guy. But if he did then we wouldn't have a big man TD in a blow out playoffs win again the Pats, so.

Pretty humiliating night for the Patriots. As it happens Mac and Kendrick Bourne emerge with credit for me. Everyone else not so much. I'm particularly irritated with the Defense, since the bye week they have been rather badly exposed and can only conclude we've been rather fraudulent on that this season.

On the to do list this off-season get Mac a WR1 and we need to add some speed on the defensive side.

Yeah i would agree a big priority for the Pats is a No1 receiver but really BB has had a bad history with drafting those so it will be interesting to see whether he would be willing to trade for one and it would likely be costly On Jones I think he has had a good rookie season all a question if he can develop into the Franchise QB.

Well Eagles have been horrendous about what I expected not being able to run on the Bucs and Hurts is not really that good of a passer hopefully the Niner and Cowboys game will be better.

Kyle Shanahan’s play calling has been on the money so far. Loads of misdirection which is sustaining long drives and chewing up the clock.

Whilst Ben’s going at the end of this season (likely in a couple of hours), Matt Canada has got to go too. I’m sick and fucking tired of the most obvious and unlikely to work playcalls ever. They never, ever test the middle of the field but are happy to under-throw Go routes all the time.

I did think the way TJ Watt started out that game last night we could be on for an upset but then similar to our game against Buffalo the better team just took over.

It’s an incredible job really the Steelers have done this season to make the playoffs with that roster. Going to be interesting where they go at QB, it may be the approach for the Steelers to give up whatever they can for Deshaun but that doesn’t fix the OL issues they have or the co-ordinator.

Think will root for either the Bengals or Niners to go and win it now. Love to see Jimmy G go out of San Fran on a high note like that.

True, Mike Tomlin deserves a lot of credit and he can not legislate for the ineptitude of certain receivers last night which totally killed any momentum the team had.

The talk yesterday was that Mason Rudolph will be the guy in 2022 but it remains to be seen whether a veteran guy is brought in as backup or if they’ll draft Ben’s successor in the first round.

As for who I’d like to win it all, it has to be the Bills. Or maybe the Cardinals if they can win in LA tonight.
